Naples is a located in the southwest part of the state. Pelican Marsh is a wonderful community with all the amenities one could want. Renters are welcome to take advantage of the tennis and fitness facilities. It is located a few miles from the gulf, home to both the La Playa and the Ritz Carlton. The Mercato is next door to Pelican Marsh featuring a Whole Foods, many restaurants, shops, and a terrific movie theater. We had rented many years before deciding on this location we call home 2 months each year.

Pelican Marsh is a beautifully landscaped community and ideally located in North Naples. We enjoyed walking the neighborhoods, and rented bikes for more exploring. Food choices are plentiful, from locally based-restaurants, and familiar chains and all a short drive from the property. Try the Palm Salad at Bricktop in Shops at Waterside or go to Rustys Raw Bar and Grill on Wed for ribs and oysters!! The house was a dream come true. High end amenities from the linens to the well stocked kitchen, to the pool floats! We particularly enjoyed the screened lanai with sun and shade for every hour of the day. A beautiful home on a quiet cul de sac, with all the bells and whistles. I will add that to use the Community Center activities you'll need to pay a separate fee. Plus, we purchased a car transponder allowing us to enter through all the gated entries with ease. Thank-you for sharing your bit of oasis with us.

We returned to our dream home this year. As always, our stay was wonderful. Newly renovated kitchen and wood flooring were a great addition to the house. Everything is as the photographs indicate. Excellent location. You will not be disappointed!
