About the owner: Both live and work in Cape Coral and have watched the community grow. Jay owns a printing company and Allison is Executive Director for Lee County Sports Organizing Committee, a non profit organization that assists with hosting amateur sporting events which bring athletes from throughout the country to the Southwest Florida area. They love boating, snorkeling for lobsters in the Keys, and spending time with family.
Their passion is Real Estate and spend a lot of their free time working on and updating their vacation rentals.
Why this property? Fell in Love with Sandpiper as it is so convenient to everything in downtown Cape Coral. Overlooking a really wide canal the views are so relaxing. They love everything about the lower level end unit, as it offers privacy, a huge lanai across the entire unit with Florida glass to enjoy the waterfront views year round! The condo has beautiful tropical landscaping, an electric heated swimming pool, boat docks, a pet friendly atmosphere, and all ages are welcome so they have met many wonderful friends through the community. Walking distance to bars and restaurants, grocery stores, shops and the farmers market on Saturdays. Fell this condo complex is so special they bought the condo next door in 2017.

What is the best part of this condo?
Friendly small community, Waterfront, Lower level so no stairs and you do not need a car. . .walking distance to some of the most wonderful restaurants that SWFL has to offer, shopping, grocery stores, farmers market, and great happy hours!
Cape Coral is very pedestrian friendly and only 20-30 minutes from the beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel, and few minutes from Cape Coral Beach and Four freedoms Park beach.
Pet Friendly?
Yes, one pet allowed but must be 25 lbs. or less. Beautiful tropical grounds and large backyard and side yard.
Can you fish from dock?
Yes you can catch fish right off your back dock! the large canal offers beautiful views from huge screened lanai and boats idle by from time to time, you can sometimes see the mullet fish jumping and manatees too! Very peaceful and an End unit so VERY private too! Also boat rentals at the marina just down the canal.
Covered Parking?
Yes, you have your own assigned private parking spot just steps from your door, and plenty of guest parking too!

Clean, neat condo convenient to many ammenities.
Location-Location-Location! Convenient to the beach and located in the entertainment district of Cape Coral. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores. We've vacationed here several years now and hope to return next year. Jay and Allison are great hosts and are always available if the need should arise.

Awesome getaway, close to everything!
Open floor plan with super comfy back lanai for reading and early-morning coffee. Big tv and spacious main family room. We swam / sunned at the pool every day after our jog. Walking distance to a bunch of good restaurants, bars and coffee places. Went several times to Fun Beach volleyball / beanbag toss bar/restaurant close by. Master Bathroom looked brand new - great shower - and bedrooms had beautiful linens. The kitchen had everything we needed with nice appliances.
