Location We stay at the Condo for the Roy Hobbs World Series and it is quick and easy to get to Terry Park. the Twins Complex and Fenway South etc Cape Coral has a small beach on the river and Fort Myers Beach and beaches on Sanibel and Captiva are nearby. Our favorite places to visit include Manatee Park and the Edison Ford Estate. Nearby grocery stores include BJ's, Aldi, Spouts and Costco. Within walking distance of the condo are many restaurants and entertainment venues, a fish market, shoppes. a large farmers market and most importantly the Sweet Spot ice cream store.Condo The condo is warm and homey with everything you need for a comfortable stay, I wanted to say cozy but that might imply small and it is large. Our favorite room is the Luani. We bring our Roku so we can watch Kent State football and basketball but it isn't necessary.Condo Complex The complex is small with two buildings and two floors on a canal that goes to the river and on to the gulf. The residents are friendly and helpful.Owners Jay and Allison live nearby and although we seldom have an issue if we do it is quickly solved. I'm not sure how many years we have rented one of their homes but it has been at least 10 years.

Wow! This condo was so beautiful and very well maintained and furnished. I was particularly impressed with the personal attention to details and hospitality of the owners. There is a beautiful view of the canal from the lanai as well as a crystal clear, heated pool to enjoy. The location was just what I wanted and I could walk to several out standing local restaurants and a grocery store. The Saturday outdoor market was an extra bonus and was just across the street. I could go on and on but I’ll just say “I can’t wait to go back”!! My perfect vacation in Cape Coral, FL

Location-Location-Location! Convenient to the beach and located in the entertainment district of Cape Coral. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores. We've vacationed here several years now and hope to return next year. Jay and Allison are great hosts and are always available if the need should arise.

Open floor plan with super comfy back lanai for reading and early-morning coffee. Big tv and spacious main family room. We swam / sunned at the pool every day after our jog. Walking distance to a bunch of good restaurants, bars and coffee places. Went several times to Fun Beach volleyball / beanbag toss bar/restaurant close by. Master Bathroom looked brand new - great shower - and bedrooms had beautiful linens. The kitchen had everything we needed with nice appliances.

Friendly small community, Waterfront, Lower level so no stairs and you do not need a car. . .walking distance to some of the most wonderful restaurants that SWFL has to offer, shopping, grocery stores, farmers market, and great happy hours!
Cape Coral is very pedestrian friendly and only 20-30 minutes from the beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel, and few minutes from Cape Coral Beach and Four freedoms Park beach.
Yes, one pet allowed but must be 25 lbs. or less. Beautiful tropical grounds and large backyard and side yard.
Yes you can catch fish right off your back dock! the large canal offers beautiful views from huge screened lanai and boats idle by from time to time, you can sometimes see the mullet fish jumping and manatees too! Very peaceful and an End unit so VERY private too! Also boat rentals at the marina just down the canal.
Yes, you have your own assigned private parking spot just steps from your door, and plenty of guest parking too!
