We’re thrilled to welcome you to our dream beachfront home! After over two + years of rebuilding following Hurricane Ian, we’re officially open and better than ever. Ron and I are offering minimum two-week stays at fair rental rates, and kindly ask that you treat our home with the same care you give your own home assuming you love your home.
The transformation has been incredible—and we know you’ll be delighted with the updates. Most of our bookings come from cherished returning guests, and we’re so grateful for their continued trust and support.
Beautiful views can be seen from our clean and totally updated Direct Gulf Front condo that has approximately 1122 sq ft. Our home has a true 'Gulf Front' location. A safe swimming beach is right in front of our building and is completely visible from our home. No stretching your neck or leaning over the balcony railing to see the Gulf. We are located on the ocean and NOT on the river.
Totally remodeled: Freshly painted, new crown moldings/trim, stainless appliances, custom hardwood cabinetry, Quartz counter tops throughout, gorgeous tiled bathrooms, new window treatments, award winning fireplace, new 6 panel doors, new high end mattresses with double sanitary protection, new TV’s, high speed internet, free WiFi much more....
Our living room consists of new a custom couch and loveseat from La-Z-Boy with upgraded ComfortCore plus TEMPUR-Response cushions. Enjoy the ambience of the Dimplex Ignite fireplus while watching our new Samsung Smart QLED TV or possibly reading a book from our extensive library.
Our Kitchen is open concept with custom hardwood cabinetry having a white base and Key West Blue accents, Cambria Quartz counter tops (Cambria is nonporous and nonabsorbent), marbled stone backsplash, and full size LG stainless appliances including a French door refrigerator, crown molding tray ceiling, double sink, Moen designer faucet, new Front Load washer/dryer and dynamic RGB special lighting. We also have Wilton Armetale Serveware. The Quartz island counter extends for extra seating. Need to take care of business while cooking, no problem since there is a separate office right off the kitchen.
Our Master Bedroom is spacious and bright with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. We have Paula Deen Home Collection King Bedroom set, all new high end mattresses with double protection sanitation coverings, new designer bed linens, new wall mounted Smart TV, new ceiling fan, new high impact sliding door leading to lanai, new crown molding and new highly recommended cool gel mattress topper.
Our Master Dressing area leads to 2 closets as well as the master bathroom. One closet has new floor to ceiling mirrored doors while the other closet is a walk-in. The bathroom contains a combination shower/bathtub area with an oversized soaking tub, fantastic Moen ‘RAIN SHOWER’ and comfort height toilet. Bathroom counter top is quartz with Moen brushed nickel fountain faucet and plenty of extra storage.
Our guest room has new mattresses with double protection sanitation coverings, nice designer bed linens, new wall mounted Smart TV, ceiling fan, new pictures and new crown molding.
The guest bathroom has porcelain tile with a beautiful new walk-in shower with a Moen ‘RAIN SHOWER’. Mirror custom made to match the Quartz counter top, comfort height toilet and brushed nickel faucet/accessories.
Our unit is elevated twelve feet above the sand and feels like a traditional beach house because there is only one flight of stairs from the beach to the unit. No need to take the elevator. You can walk along seven miles of silky sand beach loaded with shells and sand dollars which are just outside the windows and lanai. Mother Nature drops off another batch of seashells each morning, and in the evening, inspiring sunsets color the sky like a modern masterpiece of art. The natural light and the sound of waves fill every corner of the unit. Yes, the sound of the surf heard in the unit will magically lull you to sleep. Starting in January, 2025, award winning landscaping company will create beautiful landscaping surrounding the building and further graced with a large geo-thermal heated pool. Remember to stroll past our gorgeous tropical pond and view the koi fish.

Our condo is located on the prestigious south end of Fort Myers Beach, approximately ½ mile north of Lovers Key Beach and 1 block south of Santini's Plaza. There is no need to rent a car when you have the 75-cent island trolley right outside your door or a city bus that will take you from the airport through Ft Myers Beach for only a few dollars. Within a short walk is Santini's Plaza, in which there is plenty of shopping, CVS pharmacy, restaurants, marina boat rentals, fishing charters, and sunset tours.

This is our 2nd time at Linda’s condo. The condo as usual did not disappoint. It is very elegantly decorated inside, very comfortable beds, plenty of extra supplies. The condo was beautiful with spectacular views of the sunset and beach. Although beach renourishment was happening, we always found a place to sit and enjoy the beach and water. We also saw some dolphins while taking a walk on the beach. Linda responded very quickly to our questions. We will definitely be back

Linda is such a wonderful, welcoming, and patient host and the condo itself far exceeded our expectation. Linda also gave great recommendations on places and events to check out, which we ended up checking out several. The condo itself was exactly what we were looking for— a very clean and convenient location where we're in between everything we'd ever need as far as food and adventures go, and being literally beachfront made our mornings, days, and nights extremely comforting. The bed was very comfortable, the decor was beautiful, and the lanai overlooking the beach gave us pure happiness with outstanding sunsets. Also, we are huge coffee drinkers, so we were impressed that there was actually enough in stock for us for our whole trip. We took this trip after almost 3 years of not being able to take trips due to the pandemic, so staying at such a relaxing place with a cool host was exactly what we were looking for, plus more. I am most definitely aiming to stay here again when we're back at Fort Myers Beach on our next vacation.

Our month’s stay at this FMB condo was truly the best of the best! We are repeat guests for several reasons. First of all, we’re grateful that Ron & Linda entrust us to live in their paradise. It is beautiful in every way: the complete & beautiful furnishings & details, more than ample supplies of bedding, towels; equipment for beach, grilling, cooking, family entertainment; etc…The organized notebook of information regarding condo & Riviera Club, island living, restaurants, activities & more is really appreciated & helpful. Linda does everything she can to make sure her guests are comfortable. The oceanfront setting is a dream come true! The Riviera Club layout & the grounds, the pool & clubhouse are all perfectly maintained & secure. Such a pleasant & welcoming environment. So much to see & do on the island, and surrounding areas. Ronald L.Fantastic Vacation in Fort Myers Beach
If you want an incredible view with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and extremely comfortable accommodations, you will not be disappointed renting the condo at 7500 Estero Blvd. Our stay was absolutely amazing. There are several restaurants within walking distance, some with evening entertainment. No entertainment can compare with the beautiful sunsets we experienced each day, though. The pool area was very pleasant and the pool was the perfect temperature. We did book a sunset cruise out of Naples, Florida, which was about 35 minutes from the condo. We cannot wait to go back and highly recommend this unit!

This is an exceptionally clean, comfortable and well-equipped condo directly on the beach. Nice, newer appliances and furniture. The view from the lanai and bedroom is simply unbeatable. And it's a short walk out to the beach. The owner is a pleasure to work with. What more can I say? We enjoyed our stay here and will return again.By the way, the Riviera Club property is well maintained—the owners here obviously take a lot of pride in the appearance and functionality of their building. The exterior was just completely painted and the fire protection system was totally replaced this year. It's on the south, quiet end of Fort Myers Beach with relatively easy access to Bonita and Estero.

After a long year of Covid-19, Ron and Linda's condo brought us peace and relaxation. Their condo comes with the extras that made us feel welcome. From dinner menus, spices, garbage bags, many beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas, extra pillows, blankets, linens, towels and washcloths. This was our first time staying on the south side of Fort Myers Beach. Lcation, Location, Location (It was so peaceful). Every evening we enjoyed see bunnies and the sunset from their lanai. Their new bike rack was great to keep the bikes we rented. We are avid bikers. I would definitely recommend this condo for a relaxing vacation. Favorite restaurant The Fish Tale Waterfront Dining. Linda was so accommodating to any question that I might have.

We had a phenomenal vacation in Fort Myers Beach FL and staying in Ron & Linda’s beautiful condo far exceeded all expectations! The condo is gorgeous and has a spectacular ocean view. It is clean as a whistle, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked. We enjoyed meals on the lanai in front of The Gulf, while watching the many awesome birds and playful dolphins. Sunsets are breathtaking! Grilling on gas grills at the clubhouse with ocean view and cocktails was great! So many kind & fun residents!! And always great fun at the pool or on the white sandy beach!! Miles of beach to walk, shells to collect, and books to read. Lots of shops & great restaurants, water activities & adventures!!Every detail for our arrival was in place and all the communications from Linda & Ron made us feel so welcome. This is the third time we’ve rented this condo from Linda. It was wonderful again, no surprise. The view is breathtaking. You're literally on the beach in 1 minute. Our two boys counted. The pool is heated, which is important in December because the ocean is chilly. One of our favorite things to do was to watch the sunset each day at 5:45, then have dinner. Watching the fireworks on New Year’s Eve along the beach was really fun for our kids. Linda the owner left a tin of cookies as a gift for us to put under the Christmas tree. She’s always available if you need something. Wonderful service. We look forward to our next stay.

My husband and I recently visited the condo and bottom line, it was a perfect experience for us in every way. The living room/dining room were large, open and, best of all, flowed into the screened in lanai (balcony) that provided the most amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico you could possibly imagine. It was serenity at its best! And then there were the stunning evening sunsets. You will just have to see them for yourself to believe them!The beach is right outside your lanai and the complex pool is extremely close and private. The pool and beach were never crowded and allowed us to the opportunity experience the tranquility of Ft. Myers Beach first hand.The unit is decorated very nicely: both warm and inviting. It was, perhaps, the cleanest, most organized condo I've ever seen. But, not to the extent that you were afraid to actually "live" in it. Also, we found it a major convenience to have a modern washer and dryer unit in the unit.Owners Ron and Linda have thoughtfully provided just about anything you might possibly need during your stay. There were plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, sun umbrellas, a cooler, games, and more. Moreover, nearly everything you might need to cook simple meals were also provided in the kitchen. This included utensils, spices, coffee filters, coffee, olive oil, ziplock bags, paper towels and so much more! We have never experienced such a complete range of amenities with any other condo rentals.Ron and Linda provide a very luxurious and personal touch for their guests that is rare and quite unique among condo rentals today.We are recommending this condo to our friends and family without reservation and look forward to returning ourselves.

This is our sixth year visiting what is now our favorite vacation home—we call this condo Paradise, because it absolutely is that! The most beautiful view on Estero Island, in South Ft Myers Beach. Right on the gulf, with gorgeous vegetation and beautiful egrets, mockingbirds and wildlife everywhere! It is a quick walk to Santorini Plaza, which has several restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shop, CVS and a UPS service. There is a market with fresh produce most days in Feb/March where you can get Florida’s best local. Publix is only a couple miles north, and great restaurants in Ft Myers, Naples and Bonita are very close too. The beach is like sugar white sand, great for walking, sunning, fishing and biking. And the pool at the Riviera club is a dream! Huge with a standing g waterfall that is so relaxing. And a hot tub! Inside this beautifully decorated condo you’ll find every amenity - hairdryer, laundry (with detergent provided!) plenty of new dish ware, cooking utensils, glassware; remodeled kitchen and baths providing new clean towels, tissues, TP and soap. You cannot go wrong! Two large screen TVs, WiFi access, beautiful bedrooms with fans clean linens and comforters. And an electric fireplace to boot! Highly recommend!!!

Great condo on beach with wonderful view of gulf. Many great places to visit and eat. Trolley for transportation if you wish to leave the car at home.
