Bill G.Beautiful, clean condo
This condo has every amenity you could think of. It was super clean and decorated beautifully. The lanai is a very relaxing spot to enjoy your coffee or evening cocktail and is located overlooking the pool. The pool is heated, kept extremely clean and large. The resident's in Banyan Trace are very kind and welcoming to all the renters. Working with the host/owner was so easy and so helpful. We would contact him and he responded right away. He shared exceptional restaurants and the great spots to go visit. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the ideal place to rent. I highly recommend this rental as we are certainly returning next year.

This condo is wonderful. It is a perfect location in the complex. Great view of the pool and great neighbors. We felt at home the minute we walked in the door. We liked it so much we are renting it again.

We loved the condo! It was even better than we expected. Sometimes pictures make things look better than they are but that was not the case here. It was very clean and comfortable and well decorated. The view from the lanai overlooking the large heated pool is just wonderful. I had my coffee there every morning and watched the sun rise over the palm trees. The people here are so friendly and welcoming! I joined in the water aerobics and bingo and everyone was so nice. The owners of the condo are great and checked in to make sure that we had everything. Great location to lots of restaurants, waterfront sunsets and shopping! Would love to stay again here!!

Cape Coral is a great place to be. Lots of friendly people. Kind of painful paying tolls on and off of the Cape but well worth it. Definitely use a sunpass it will save like $3 per transaction opposed to pay by plate. The location of this condominium is fantastic! Literally about 1.5 miles to all of the downtown restaurants and happy hours. As for the condo itself, it is well stocked. All hard surfaces were spotless. The carpets show typical “renter carelessness”. But they were vacuumed and free of loose dirt and dust. The overall facility is great! The pool is awesome for exercising and swimming. The ladies have water aerobics M/W/F at 10am. Any other activity needs to be on the deeper side of the pool during that time. The fitness center is quite functional with treadmill and elliptical along with a recumbent bike. There is a full rack of dumbbells up to like 25 pounds and leg lift machine. As much as I would love to keep this gem a secret, it is too good not share.

We loved the condo! Great location, centrally located! The pool is wonderful and loved sitting on the lanai watching the comings and goings. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. Near great restaurants and fun nightlife. I would definitely rent again

Great location close to beaches and restaurants. The pool was nice and the pool area and grounds are well maintained. The condo is very clean and the kitchen well equipped. The owner is very kind and great to work with. We enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

Yes, full size washer & dryer (utility room) is in the condo.
Yes, you absolutely have convenient access via elevator or stairs to the condo. The building is 4 stories high, and this unit is on the 2nd floor just outside of the elevator.
In addition to the full kitchen and private lanai overlooking the pool, you also have tennis courts (we provide tennis rackets & balls), baci ball courts, 2 different hot tub/spas, the biggest pool in all of Cape Coral, grills, beautiful patio with adjustable patio chairs, and a full work out center to enjoy! There is also a walking path around the huge property! In addition to all of that, in the unit we provide beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, floating devices and toys to also play with if you're going to the beach!
