2150 sq. ft. This vacation rental is located in the southeast of Cape Coral, in one of the most preferred areas, the Yacht Club.
With a living area of 2,150 sqft. it offers our guests a total of 3 bedrooms (2x kingsize & 1x queensize), each with a walk-in closet. The master bathroom has in addition to the shower also a bathtub.
A completely new and fully equipped kitchen, with modern appliances, leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to a coffee machine, a Keurig machine is also available.
The bright and modern furnished living room offers a huge 65 inch TV. Various board games, as well as children's toys and a high chair for children are at your disposal. For the cocktail fans among the guests, this house has its own house bar with a lot of glass and mirrors.
The large pool area offers a cosy seating area with 6 comfortable armchairs. For relaxing hours of sunshine there are of course 4 sun loungers available, or you can enjoy the great view of the canal from the boat dock and find enough shade under the Tiki Hut. The large swimming pool with Hot Tub can be heated with solar or electric heat.
Cape Coral is an absolute dream on the water. To this villa you can rent a boat, if you are interested, just ask for it when booking. Direct access to the river without lock.
For sufficient exercise during your holiday, 6 bicycles are available.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception.
On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English.

This home was neat, clean, and very well stocked. The pool was spectacular and warm. It is very cozy during our stay. We loved this house and will definitely rent again. It's a well maintained house, good kitchen and new appliances. Clean and updates bathrooms. The managed was very quick responding and friendly. Neighbourhood is nice and familyfriendly. I recomment this house !
