The highlight of this villa is the spacious outdoor area with a dining table for 6 people, smart TV, lounge, pool loungers and a game zone. Thanks to its clever positioning, the modern, north-facing pool still allows for many hours of sunshine and offers additional relaxation and recreation with floating "palm leaves". The covered terrace and dining area with BBQ gas grill invites you to spend cozy evenings outdoors.

Fully equipped with high-quality appliances, the kitchen includes a Kitchen Aid food processor and a spacious side-by-side fridge with ice maker. The spacious dining table is perfect for dinner with family and friends, while the practical kitchen bar is ideal for a quick breakfast or snacks between meals.

With a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, the villa offers comfort and style. High-quality bed linen and comfortable mattresses ensure unique sleeping comfort. The master bedroom impresses with a king-size bed, smart TV and an adjoining bathroom with washbasin and walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed and a queen-size bed. The two guest rooms share a modern bathroom with a shower tray. In the living area with adjoining kitchen, a cozy sofa area in front of the 75-inch Smart TV invites you to relax. A Sonos sound system ensures perfect sound.

A parasol, beach towels and cool box are provided for your beach trip.
