The Solterra Resort is located within close proximity to all of the Orlando’s attractions, fantastic shopping malls, a large variety of restaurants, top rated golf courses and easy access to I-4, this newly built Solterra location has something for everyone.
Our amazing, beautiful 3100 square feet vacation home is completely decorated with a beachy vibe.
It offers a large, open concept living space complete with a spacious island kitchen so everyone can gather comfortably for meals as well as entertainment. The kitchen is a chefs dream with pots, pans, baking dishes and all stainless-steel appliances.
The beautiful, large breakfast bar offers 6 seats. The dining room is set up with an all-wood dining table, where 8 people can sit comfortably.
The spacious family living area includes a 65″ Smart-TV.
In the hallway next to the living room is a door that allows access to the pool deck. In addition, there is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity.
The first large master suite is located on the main floor and is a contemporary mix of art and beach. It has a King bed, nightstands, dresser and desk. The private bathroom is adjacent to this room and has a shower, bath, double vanity and toilet as well as a walk-in closet.
All of the other bedrooms are located on the upper level:
Bedroom 2 is a Queen bedroom in Old Key West style with nightstands and dresser.
Bedroom 3 has two Full beds with night table and is decorated in subtle Mickey Mouse style. In between these rooms there’s a bathroom with-in tub shower, vanity and toilet.
Bedroom 4 is the Star Wars inspired room with two Twin beds and nightstand.
Bedroom 4 is the Frozen room with a Full bed and fantastic decoration! These rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with vanity, in tub shower and toilet.
The second large master bedroom has a beautiful wooden King bed with matching nightstands, a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower, bath, double vanity and toilet.
All bedrooms provide large flat screen TV’s.
You can access the pool and spa area from the living room, it is a very spacious area for the whole family to relax and play. For the safety of the little ones, there is a fence around the pool.
The game room is equipped with a foosball table, a table tennis table, a roll and score table, a DVD-player, a 60″ smart-tv and a PlayStation 4 with games.

Optional pool/whirlpool heat is available for $36.00 per day or you may use the resort pool and hot tub free of charge.
A gas grill can be delivered for $95.0 for the week and $9.00 for each additional day, which includes one full tank of gas and the delivery/set-up fee.
The minimum rental age in our homes is 25 years unless a parent or guardian will be present throughout the stay.
Our homes are not pet friendly.
Security/Damage Deposit:
Option 1 - A non-refundable one-time fee of $44.95 for the Property Protection Plan, which cover any accidents up to $1,500.00. This fee can be paid with any major credit card.
Option 2: Pay per check or money order a refundable $500.00 deposit and a refund will be processed within 7 business days after your departure as long as no damages were found inside the home.
This Resort charges an Amenity Access Fee of $35.00 for up to 12 guest and $45.00 for 13 + guests. This one-time fee is charged per house/per stay and only needs to be paid if the resort amenities (waterpark, gym, etc.) are used.
Unfortunately, reservations placed less than 48 hours prior to arrival cannot be processed.

Within your arrival details we will provide an assigned door code for your use. Upon arrival (after 4 pm) you can just let yourself into the home without any delays.
Yes, we do supply linens, bath towels and hand towels. You might want to bring beach towels and wash clothes from home.

We stayed at this house for 10 days and it was well equipped. We did a clean up of the pool area when we arrived, it was probably dirty due to the wind and rain. The home was clean and very spacious.We rented the BBQ and it was very small and not conducive to accommodate 8 guests, I would recommend a new BBQ and not the cheapest on the market.The host was very quick with responses and a few of my questions were answered and a few minor items were resolved after meeting with the property manager.The house is conveniently located just minutes from the resort club house, the Grandkids loved the lazy river.I would recommend this property and would book it again on our next visit.

This is a great house. We enjoyed our big family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone and the themes bedrooms were so fun! The pool and house were both very clean. Very close to Disney and Universal. A Super Walmart right down the road made it convenient to shop for food and other things we needed.

Had a great time in this beautiful home. Great size. Kids loved the games room. The resort complex was very nice. Loved the outdoor communal pool, movie theatre and tiki bar. The house pool heater was unfortunately hit and miss. The water was freezing cold for the first few days, which was disappointing. But overall it was a great stay.
