Very nice, comfortable condo. Condo had everything we needed. Pool perfect. Neighbor all very friendly. Close by Marco Island, beaches and downtown Napkes. Tom was a wonderful host!

The stars aligned and we were able to work out a last minute arrangement for the month of February. Tom was great to work with and made the process very easy and kept in constant communicationTom’s condo was perfectly situated in north Lely on a golf course. Very quiet and pleasant neighborhood. We walked the “3 mile loop” every morning and we were constantly greeted with hello’s and good morning from the neighbors out walking.We enjoyed a list of recommended restaurants provided by Tom and all were spot on.The condo was clean and nicely decorated with upscale but comfortable furniture. Kitchen was well equipped and we felt comfortable cooking in several times per week.All in all a very nice month and as a kicker it was 80 and sunny every day!

This Condo is quiet and comfortable with great furnishing all very well maintained by its owner Tom, who was there to welcome us when we arrived and made us feel immediately at home. We enjoyed meeting and socializing with our neighbours by the pool and enjoyed our golf course views. We made many wonderful friends and memories during our time spent at this Lely condo
