Our home "Pelican" is brand new and has just been finished and finally furnished in September 2015.
It offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) plus a den, 2.5 baths and a private heated pool on a total living area of 2233 sq ft . It is furnished to a high standard and fully equipped with all the essentials for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
You can also have barbecue right at the pool and enjoy the amazing lake view under Florida sun.

About the owner: Our permanent residence is in Germany, but we have spend quite some time in the US. Florida and in particular Naples has meanwhile become a kind of second home.
Why this property? We had already taken several vacations to different parts of Florida and were inspired from Naples' unique flair. We finally bought this house in 2015 as is located in a somewhat peaceful area between the Everglades and the famous beaches of Naples, Marco Island, and the lively Fort Meyers.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Plenty of space, heated pool, very accomodating. Juergen was very prompt in answering the few questions we had to make our stay even more comfortable. We look forward to spending our time here again next year!

I would like to thank Juergen and Ulrike for letting us into their beautiful home for our vacation. We were there for almost five weeks. This was our first time in Florida and the weather was nothing short of being great! The home was very clean and comfortable. The pool is heated to your desire, which we used almost every day we were there. If we had any questions we would text Juergen and he would always reply promptly. The neighbors in the community were very nice and helpful with information on steering us in the right direction on things we wanted to see and do. We would have rented this home for next year but it was already spoken for.Thanks againNorm and Patty
