The main level boasts an open concept living space featuring a chef’s kitchen with granite counters, glass backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances, along with a large dining area and a cozy living room that opens to a furnished deck with Sound views. Two queen bedrooms and a shared bathroom complete this floor.

The upper level features the luxurious master suite with a king bed, a spa-like ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the Sound. Two additional bedrooms—one king and one queen—are also located on this level, each equipped with flat-screen TVs and access to another full bathroom. The ground level includes a private den, kitchenette, sleeper sofa, and a showstopping bunk room with four queen bunks—perfect for kids—along with a full bathroom and walk-in shower.
