1400 sq. ft. Beautiful beachfront Fort Myers Beach condominium, unit 611 at Caper Beach. Enjoy the wonderful Gulf view from this 6th floor condo. Great Ft. Myers Beach location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, entertainment, and of course the soft white sandy beach outside your doorstep. This corner unit condo with southern exposure features two spacious bedrooms each with a king size bed, as well as two private outdoor spaces. There is a 65" QLED TV in the living room. There are also televisions located in each bedroom, including a 32" LCD TV in the master bedroom. There are granite countertops throughout the unit, and stainless steel kitchen appliances. The master suite features a private master bathroom, and the guest full bathroom is located adjacent to the guest bedroom The property grounds are beautifully landscaped highlighted by of course the beachfront heated pool.
There is a 7 night minimum stay. Weekly stays are required to be Saturday to Saturday in March, and are preferred in April.
Fort Myers Beach is focused on, of course, the beach. Caper Beach Club is approximately one mile south of downtown FMB. However there are several places that are a short walk from the building, including Diamondhead resort which has a nice beachfront restaurant, and some nice breakfast spots such as Pancake House across the street and a place called Mom's just a few blocks away.
Fort Myers Beach recovery from Hurricane Ian is coming along and there are more and more places coming back.

Cancellations must be made in writing and received 60 days prior to arrival. In addition to the non-refundable booking fee, there is a 5% administrative fee applied to the rental amount, plus applicable taxes for ALL CANCELLATIONS.
Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to loss of ALL payments unless the unit is rebooked for the same time period. After your arrival, should you shorten your stay there will be no refund.
We require 50% of the total rental amount when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card are accepted for the rental portion only. If payment policy is not observed, the reservation will be cancelled and a copy of the cancellation will be sent to you.

Great location and perfectly maintained. Had everything I could have needed for a week on the beach. The staff was super friendly and the place was spotless. It was VERY quiet. Also, the location of this unit, you can see the sunrise and the sunset. Highly recommend

This condo was wonderful and in a great location with a beautiful view! We were there during Spring Break, so we were just far enough away, about a mile down the beach, that we could avoid the bigger crowds, but still walk down to restaurants or shopping allowing us to avoid the traffic that was backed up a few miles down the strip. We loved being on the beach and could even see the dolphins at play from the balcony! The condo had a beach wagon, chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, beach towels and sand toys, so we really didn't need anything extra. The kids also loved the swimming pool which was always warm and got quite deep at one end where the kids loved jumping in! I would definitely come back and stay at this condo again!

Arrived in Fort Myers Beach Florida. The condo was more than what we even expected. It was so relaxing being able to enjoy the beautiful view and the wonderful amenities. It was one of the most relaxing vacations I've ever had. We had not one worry in the world the entire week. We'll be coming back next year 2021. I would highly recommend Caper Beach.

The views from the condo were breathtaking. The whole place was decorated very beautifully, the kitchen came equipped with everything that was needed and more. The location of the condo could not have been more perfect. There was very minimal noise during the day and even less at night which made it that much better for relaxing. No matter what we were interested in weather it be going to the grocery, getting food, shopping or just exploring things were in walking distance. The condo building itself was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions.

This condo has it all. You don’t need to pack a thing but your swimsuit!!! This condo has beach chairs, a beach wagon, beach towels, cooler bags and freezer packs, board games, playing cards, and even coozies for your beverages. Everything is secure and private. You need your key to access everything so there are no worries about safety. Convenient location to the boardwalk and restaurants. Pool is clean and refreshing. We had a wonderful and relaxing time. Sits right on the beach!!! We will definitely visit again.
