Beautiful views with excellent facilities. Cleanest unit and best equipped kitchen we have experienced. Close to very good restaurants including South Beach Grill, Oliver’s, and Charlie’s Boat House. Uncrowded, quiet beach.

Loved the week in this airy, spacious comfortable condo. It was bright and updated! The real gem is the corner location and wrap around lanai. The many windows and unobstructed view from the lanai make this condo a very magical place. Loved that the building was well maintained and the pool was heated. Want to return! Thanks to the host for all his help.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully located corner condo with amazing views. The condo was really clean, and had everything you needed and now in the kitchen. They even have beach chairs you can use for the beach. The pool was nice.

This condo was perfect for our vacation! The condo had everything that we needed. It was extremely comfortable and clean. The views were beautiful and access to the beach was extremely easy. I would definitely try to stay here the next time that we come.Also, the owner was extremely nice and responded immediately to any questions that I had.

We have been renting at Carlos Pointe (this same unit) for many years The unit itself is very clean, very user friendly. Over the years we have come to know the owner and his family, always available if there is need. The condo is across from the state park and a variety of restaurants are within a short distance, without going off island, a perfect spot to relax, read and get away for a wonderful vacation!

Yes DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH. If you would jump off the fifth floor private balcony you would fall into the sand
No, the unit is on the 5th floor 6 level. Damage was only to units on the areas on the 1st and second floors
