You will love this renovated and professionally designed second floor beachfront condo on the white sand of Fort Myers Beach with spectacular straight on views of the Gulf of Mexico. The serene blue/green colors, crisp white cabinetry and weathered plank flooring were all chosen to provide a true beach experience with a spa like feel. This second floor 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is fully equipped and has the benefit of privacy with a full beach view yet is just one flight of steps from the beach and the heated beachfront pool and jacuzzi. In thirty seconds you are at the pool and beach with no long corridors or slow elevators to drag your beach gear through. Listen to the waves from every room with floor to ceiling glass doors open to the "on the sand" screened lanai. The beautiful open concept kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a french door refrigerator with purified water and ice maker, a nine foot granite island, cooking utensils, high quality cutlery, dishes, glasses and cooking necessities. Small appliances include a Keurig coffee maker, standard coffee maker, blender, air fryer, and toaster. EVERYTHING in this condo is well maintained and supplies are replaced often including the dishes, bakeware, cutlery, appliances, beach towels, glassware, pots and pans, measuring cups and utensils. Paper towels, trash bags and bathroom tissue are included. Towels and sheets are replaced regularly so the white linens are always clean and crisp. You will truly enjoy your upscale boutique beach experience!

The master bedroom has a king bed, two three-drawer chests, an armoire with plenty of storage. The expanded bathroom adjoins the bedroom and is also accessible from the living area. This is the only one bedroom condo at Estero Beach Club with an expanded bathroom and two separated vanities. This unique bathroom layout provides privacy and convenience. A walk-in closet with felt hangers, shelving and two suitcase racks adjoins the bathroom.

The living area has a ceiling fan and is open to the large kitchen. The floor to ceiling sliding doors which span the entire width of the living room lead directly to the beachfront screened lanai. A dining table with four chairs and an overhead ceiling fan make this the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and watch for dolphins, catch some shade from the afternoon sun and enjoy a glass of wine as you listen to seagulls, waves and watch the sunset. The remote controlled hurricane shutters offer optional privacy and protection from storms that may blow in from the Gulf. Beach accessories include a rolling cooler, carry cooler, beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, noodles for the heated beachfront pool, football for playing catch, beach games and sand castle making supplies. Oversized beach towels and beach tote bags are also provided. Pack your swimsuit and sunscreen and leave the rest to us.

You won’t miss the game – or anything else - with two new wall mounted QLED Smart HDTV’s with DVR capability, premium cable and built in ROKU (65” living room and 43” bedroom). If you must bring work on your vacation, you will appreciate the complimentary high speed BLAST WIFI, a WIFI printer and desk.

Coin or app laundry facilities are next to the pool and boast a big picture window with views of the pool and beach. Doing laundry never looked so good! Inside the laundry room is a shared book shelf so spare yourself the expensive airport book prices and choose your book from our selection. The elevator is just outside the condo and is ten steps to the laundry facilities and then ten more to the entrance of the heated beachside pool and jacuzzi.

There is one assigned parking space. Restaurants, shops and entertainment are within walking distance and the Island Trolley (75 Cents) and Fort Myers Beach Tram (Free) run the length of the island and stop near Estero Beach Club. You do not need a car to enjoy all that Fort Myers Beach has to offer. The Club has bike racks and bike rental shops are nearby.

Cancellations after 60 days prior arrival are non-refundable but if we are able to re-rent the condo, then we are happy to provide a full refund.

Estero Beach Club has a no smoking and no pets policy.
$500 cleaning fee will be billed to guests who bring pets into or smoke/vape in the condo, lanai or common areas of Estero Beach Club.
Owners have allergic and asthmatic reactions to pets and smoke.
Evidence of pets or smoking will be immediately reported.
This property is perfect for guests with allergies because no pets or smoke are permitted nor have ever been in this property.

Arrival instructions will be emailed the week prior to your vacation. This will include a parking pass + private secure keyless entry code.

Guests often say this property and Estero Beach Club exceed expectations. As a result, many guests make the following year’s reservation before checking out. The Club does its best to offer priority to returning guests which helps maintain the intimate feel of this boutique resort.

Tropical Storm and Hurricane Cancellation Policy:
The official season for tropical storms and hurricanes in Southwest Florida is June 1 - November 30, with the most damaging storms historically occurring in September as witnessed with Irma in 2017, Ian in 2022 and Helene in 2024. To avoid misunderstandings, we have established an amenable policy common to vacation rentals. We expect all guests to purchase travel insurance, especially when traveling during or immediately following the storm season. Tropical storms and hurricanes are impossible to predict so guests should protect themselves by purchasing insurance. Pricing is lower during these months to account for this additional expense. The cancellation policy applies to uncontrollable weather events including tropical storms and hurricanes. This policy is consistent with Vrbo and Airbnb. If you choose to cancel, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your vacation as we have done with all past guests affected by weather events.

Unique Benefits

The location of Estero Beach Club is perfect. The beach in front of the condo is quiet, yet you can easily walk to restaurants, shops and entertainment. You will not need a car to enjoy all Fort Myers Beach has to offer. The Island Trolley runs the length of the island if you don't feel like walking. One of our favorite things to do is walk two minutes on the beach to Diamond Head Resort for lunch and leave our flip flops and towels behind. We don't bring our shoes because we sit at tables right on the sand. :)

We appreciate the second floor location of our condo because we have a slightly elevated view and can hear the waves in every room. The second floor provides a more private location than the ground level condos. We especially enjoy sitting on the screened lanai in the morning with our coffee and then again at night. The heated pool and jacuzzi are only one floor down and are directly on the beach so we can be at the pool AND at the beach which is a unique feature of Estero Beach Club. There is an elevator just outside the condo but we rarely use it since it is easy to walk down one set of steps to the pool. It takes 30 seconds to be at the pool and the beach! An added bonus is the poolside/beach view laundry facilities so you can do laundry and not sacrifice precious pool time.

Pre-Arrival Tip:
Publix and Aldi grocery stores deliver directly to this condo! Set up your account, place your order, and schedule delivery before you arrive. Someone else will do your shopping and deliver right to your front door at your specified time. Target, Walgreens, CVS, Costco, Sam's Club, Best Buy, Office Max, and others are also available with this service. This is a terrific option when all you really want to do is hit the beach! Why Kids Love It

Sorry, this condo does not rent to children. Couples, adult friends, and especially honeymooners are welcome! We do not accommodate extra adult guests.

We also own condo #505, a top floor two bedroom/two bathroom up three floors in the same beachfront building. (Florida Rentals #8765 and Vrbo #2056436) This property accommodates four guests and children ages 12+ are welcome. If you have a group or families traveling together, rent both condos! They are of high quality and offer similar amenities.

Area Information

Estero Beach Club (2580 Estero Boulevard) has the best location on the beach. It is one mile South of the Fort Myers Beach pier, Times Square shopping and entertainment area and the high bridge to the island. The condo is walking distance to several restaurants, live entertainment and shops, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle for a relaxing getaway. The Fort Myers Beach Library is two blocks south and loans DVDs, CDs and books. The Bay Oaks Park and Recreation Area is across the street.

Fort Myers Beach is ideally located for the many attractions of Southwest Florida. It is only a 30 minute drive from the shell-rich beaches of Sanibel and the Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge. Lovers Key State Park, Naples and the Everglades are south of Fort Myers Beach. The Key West Express, a high speed ferry, makes regular trips to the Keys and leaves from Fort Myers Beach. Golf courses abound in the area as do boat rentals.

Special Occasion $$$: Coste Island Cuisine at Diamond Head Resort. Overlooks Gulf and Beach. Lovely place for dinner at sunset. Reservations recommended and required during high season. (2 minute walk on the beach.)
Mom's: Cozy Coffee/Lunch spot. (2 blocks north on Estero Boulevard.) Currently operating out of a food truck and outdoor seating.
Heavenly Biscuit: (2 blocks north on Estero Boulevard) Currently operating out of a food truck with outdoor seating next to Mom's.

Inside Scoop

Thomas Edison had a laboratory and Winter home in Fort Myers. Henry Ford's Winter home was next door to Edison's place. There is also a museum there and these places are easy to find - it's a "straight shot" in to Fort Myers (about 10 miles).

The Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins have Spring training in Fort Myers.
