- The pool and amenities in it are gated, access is limited just to the residents and guests, no one from outside. The area is big enough to have social distance if needed. You will get an entrance code to get there.

We were there from December through the end of March and we enjoyed the entire stay at this place. The owners was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We were close to Naples and the beach (5 -10) min drive or a 30 minute easy bike ride to the beach. All Flat areas if you want to rent a bike to explore. Celebration park was very close also. The condo was clean and had everything we needed , fully furnished w plenty of dishes etc and the view of the outdoors from the living room and the patio was pretty.

An excellent accommodation. Small number of units in the complex housing friendly, outgoing residents. Very convenient location with quick access to major north-south & east west thoroughfares. Restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, all in close proximity. Although we are not enthralled by 5th Ave, it is nearby with fine restaurants & shops. Marco Island about 25 minutes away. Several Farmers’ markets in the immediate vicinity. One of the condo’s major plusses for us was the wonderful breeze through the unit eliminating the need for A/C on all but the warmest & humid days. We appreciated the layout not being the straight through design common with most Florida condos. Very spacious. The community pool is heated & impeccably clean. Never seems to be overly crowded. We plan on returning for a longer period next year.

Spacious condo in a tranquil yet central area. Walking distance to Tin City and the waterside. Plenty to do nearby, restaurants, beautiful beaches, botanical gardens and shopping malls. The apartment was spacious with a super outlook over 2 ponds from the lounge and lanai, where we ate meals watching the wildlife. My husband would have liked a smart TV especially when the Masters was being played! We had a wonderful time and met some very nice people staying on the complex who all agreed what a little oasis this area is.

Terri K.Quiet Naples retreat
We rented this condo for the month of February. The condo development is super...all units situated around a nice pond, with screened in porches for eating out! The unit is very clean and spacious...a woman at the pool told me these are the biggest 2 BR’s in the area. Great walking neighborhood, with fabulous homes being built to see and admire! The pool is quiet and never very crowded. A great winter escape!
