5Br/3Ba townhome with Lake View and hot tub,Close Disney,Seaworld

We stayed for 13 nights in a party of 7, 5 adults and 2 children. Nice location of US 492 which leads easily to Walt Disney area. Publix (Grocery Store), Target, Walmart all nearby, as well as Applebee's, Cracker Barrell, Olive Garden and other restaurants and facilities. Gated community, quiet with no issues with neighbors. Nice pond in the back of the property with ducks, fishes and aquatic turtles, birds visit often, saw Cardinals, Hawks and even an American eagle. Management responded well to our minor requests. Nice beds and furniture, adequate to families needs. All appliances, showers and hot spa are working well, TV and internet likewise. Would definitely stay here again

Disney properties are about 15-20 min. away so not bad at all. Target is one way down the road and Walmart the other. Tucked away off main street, but still have quick access to it to go where ever you need to attractions, food, stores. Could use a little TLC in a few spots paint or maintenance (handyman) but that is at every house. We have stayed at about 7 different home rentals (besides the countless hotels) and we would put this place towards the top of the list. Wifi and Tv easy to use. Beds were comfortable and place is big enough for 2 families. Accepts dogs with cleaning fee. Would stay again if needed.

We(3 families) have stayed at this property for a 7 days and we enjoyed a lot. Properties is same as it appears on the internet. So no surprises. Kids enjoyed as well. Ladies were happy with the kitchen utensils provided. Overall it was very good stay at this vacation home. Thank you.

Very nice area. Clean. Pot, pans and plates readily available. Many TV's. Comfortable. Wonderful movie theater and pool. Nice view of lake. Great value

10,000% Great! Being from Florida you have to be very Careful with these type of Rentals. This is the Best I've ever stayed at NO SURPRISES. I will stay here again and you should too. So clean there wasn't even a Hair on the Bathroom floor. No smells to be concerned about. Ten Stars

I did not stay in this particular unit that's shown it was not available. I stayed in a,4/3 townhouse. It was a great value for the price it was very clean I knew it was a kid friendly unit. Overall it definitely was worth the price. Will book again in the future.

Wow...where to begin... Well first off, the owner was very helpful and accommodated our last minute family trip which we greatly appreciate. The house was impeccable with a beautiful, simple and modern design. The kids rooms had Disney/cartoon sheets which my kids loved. The kitchen was stocked with every possible utensil, pot, pan, bowls etc that we could ever need. There was even a rice maker which made us happy because we are daily rice eaters :-) The bigger kids were super excited about the PS4 in the living room, a nice surprise. The hit of the place was the hot tub. It was a bit chilly while we were there so the hot tube was perfect. I loved the fact that the bedding was so comfortable and clean. ( owners have great taste in decor too) all we kept saying was we will keep coming back to this owners vacation homes on our family trips because it exceeded our expectations! more like 10 stars!
