This is a nice place. Well kept and clean. There is 3 pools but not enough lounge chairs. The room was nice. Needed to buy a frying pan there is not enough kitchen gadgets and the cups for coffee are very small..no biggie...The furniture is dated and not comfortable tv is way to small. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom has a huge soaker tub and the shower is in the tub. I found it hard to get in and out of the shower. We also bought draino to clean the pipes. The water didn't go down and the toilet water would rise everytime. After the draino it was fine...We were there for 12 days and did our own laundry and bedding. There is a wash and dryer. This place is close to everything and shopping like Walmart is close. We don't have kids with us but there is a small slash pad for the little ones. Vending machines with snacks as well. There is a restaurant in the lobby to buy some meals like burgers and sandwiches etc....It is pet friendly we brought our 2 Pomeranians...this is our second time there both times had the same room just a coincidence we will definitely go back but to a different room....

We are a Irish family of 6 that stayed for 3weeks. Very Spacious clean and tidy all that you need is there plus club house pool and pool table was much fun the evenings. Estate is very quite and peaceful. I would recommend to any family or couple to stay here. Beautiful pond and walk way in front of house. Driving distance to shops and restaurant very good location to all plus teams park are 5minutes away. We will defiantly stay and when we go back.

Our stay here was an experience of a lifetime. The location was perfect for driving short distances to each of the Disney and SeaWorld Parks. After a long exhausting day at the parks we came back to enjoy the comforts of home away from home. The hot tub was an extra bonus to soak those tired legs after walking/standing in lines all day. Thank you for making my daughter's "Senior Trip" one that we will remember for years to come. I would recommend your home for any large family as the home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Thank you for sharing your home with us to enjoy our stay in Florida.
