The Pavilion Shopping center is just steps away and includes a movie theater, fine dining, ice cream parlor, boutique stores, bike rentals and more!

Mercato Shopping center is also within a short walking distance and includes a Whole Foods, fine dining, upscale tavern movie theatre, boutique shopping and more.

Vanderbilt Beach is located just 1 mile down the road and is named as one of the top 10 beaches in Southwest Florida. The Pavilion Club complex includes a pool and club house which overlooks the club's lake and tiki hut.

Unit also includes - beach chairs, umbrellas, beach/pool towels, linens, Wi-fi, flat screen smart tv's (in each room and living room), coffee maker, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. All new appliances!

MONTHLY RENTAL ONLY. No Pets Allowed. No smoking.

Cleaning Fee - $175

Buzz's Lighthouse Restaurant near Vanderbilt Beach. Attached to motel. It is on the bay right across from Vanderbilt Beach entrance. The best spot to walk off the beach - have lunch or dinner while looking out onto the bay and the boats. Casual. Awesome burgers, grouper sandwiches and VERY cold beer. :-)
