The condo is in Sea Oaks, an ocean to river gated community in Vero Beach, FL. Amenities include a quarter of a mile of beautiful sandy beach on the Atlantic Ocean with chair and umbrella service. Sea Oaks has 16 Har-tru tennis courts with underground watering, court-side restaurant and bar, Pro Shop with four full-time pros during season - group and private lessons and clinics, weekly Pro Exhibitions. A fully equipped fitness center with fitness director/programs is next door to the Pro Shop. In addition to the court-side restaurant there are three dining venues at the Beach Club: fine dining in the Palm Room, casual dining in the Grill, and Ocean-side lunch and dinner around the pool and in the open-air Gazebo. In addition to the the condo's dedicated pool, all guests are welcome at the Beach Club's pool and spa. Sea Oaks does not have a golf course, but one of the finest public courses in Florida, 36 hole Sandridge Golf Club, is less than 5 miles away. You can go on your own or join the Sea Oaks men's and women's weekly golf groups that play there.

Vero Beach is unique among Florida beach communities owing to its building code which prohibits buildings taller than Three Stories - No High-Rises, except for two 13 floor condo buildings built before the code was updated. So the beaches, roads and businesses are uncrowded.

Swimming, fishing, boating, surfing, scuba or sky diving are only a few of the recreational opportunities available to you in Indian River County. There are 19 private and public golf courses convenient to every community. The Vero Beach dining experience can be found beach side as well as on the river and mainland. Wow! This was a great spot for our first full March in Florida! The condo has a fabulous view, and the Sea Oaks community and Vero Beach broadly are special. The condo's owners, William and Cynthia, are also wonderful and responsive. We had an issue with the air conditioning, and although it was toward the end of the day, William and Cynthia had someone come out to look at it that day. We expected that it would be repaired the next day, but William and Cynthia were able to get it fixed before the evening. Looking forward to next March!

We stayed at this condo for the month of January…our first extended visit to Vero Beach! We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was well appointed, very comfortable, and had a great ocean view that we enjoyed daily! The Sea Oaks community is a great place to stay! The folks are nice, and if you play tennis….there is a huge focus on tennis! Many, many activities are offered both daily and weekly. They include canasta, bridge, mahjong, book club…just to name a few! Finally, the owners were a pleasure to work with!

This is a great condo and the write up describes the condo perfectly. What the description leaves out is the extra steps the owner takes to ensure your stay is just perfect, extra garbage bags, soaps, shampoo, sunscreen, coffee, towels, blankets, etc. I recommend this condo to anyone who wants a special home away from home.

The location is incredible with excellent access to the ocean, multiple pools, hot tub, beach club, and tennis. Loved sleeping with the windows open catching the ocean breeze. Great patio furniture to enjoy the view. The place looks exactly like it does on the pictures and was absolutely what was promised. Warm, welcoming, clean, and tastefully decorated. Updated kitchen with everything any chef would need. Superb host. Communicates quickly and is accommodating. Polite, professional, caring, and responsive. Clear instructions for getting into condo and a helpful collection of notes for us to use. It's been one of our favorite holidays and we would definitely recommend it to others.

I've stayed here for a number of years but most recently was (pre-COVID days) in 2019. The condo overlooks the ocean so you can literally fall asleep to the waves, it's very calming. The place is clean and bright with a great kitchen that lends itself well to dinners cooked at home. Or you can go down the beach club and choose from their excellent salads, sandwiches and flatbread pizzas. There's a private pool associated with only a few condo units, of which this one is a part. It's smaller but works well for solo exercises. Or there's a pool for the entire condo association that has a little more activity for kids/grandkids/etc. And of course you have the Atlantic Ocean! 15 min away is downtown Vero Beach, which has some pretty good restaurants and two great ice cream parlors...the owners have created a binder full of local recommendations for you. It's a great vacation!
