A signed Rental Agreement and a $300 Reservation Deposit is required to secure a booking.
Private pool (hot tub) heating is an additional $40 per day plus tax if you need(must order for your whole stay).
BBQ grill is an additional $60 plus tax for your stay,Guests are responsible to refill the propane if the propane tank is empty and clean the grill after use.
Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. If booking date is within 45 days, the full payment is due once booking is confirmed.
Cancellation policy:
50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. If full payment is not paid at the time of cancellation, the deposit will be retained.
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy place. Very clean, generous amount of Towels. The highlight is very centrally located to Disney, Universal, airport and restaurants Highly recommend! If I go back, that would be my place!

This place turned out to be exactly what my family and I needed. Very roomy, clean and it had everything we needed. Liu Iverson was very helpful and responded quickly every time I had a question..appreciate that! Would definitely use his services again and refer him to friends n family!
