The top floor offers a king master bedroom with private bath and a second bedroom with one twin bed and one queen with private bath.
There is covered parking for two vehicles under the town home as well as additional parking in the lot. This nicely landscaped complex offers lots of green space for guest enjoyment. EV charging stations available at building 9 and 10!

The property was absolutely perfect. The location was right across the street from beach access with a little covered picnic area with shower, trolley access directly across the street and probably 2 mi from the Pensacola fishing. The properties amenities were fantastic, including a beautiful 4-ft pool overlooking the Bay side of the property. The condo was clean and comfortable and fit seven adults very comfortably with three bedrooms, three full bath and a large dining table that fits eight. We would love to stay there again. Unit#249
