Let me start by saying this is a nice condo, very roomy and in a great location. The beds are very comfortable, plenty beds for a large group. The kitchen is very well stocked. We did not use the gas grill, it was very dirty and rusty. I always bring a swifter wet mop to the beach, and this condo definitely needed it. The downstairs floors were not clean at all. So much sand under the living room rug and floors had not been mopped before our arrival. I really have an issue with paying a high “cleaning fee” when the place is really not cleaned, and I am so tired of hearing all these excuses and apologies as to why it’s not done. The living room furniture is not really enough seating for a four bedroom condo, a small sectional and two chairs. Two upstairs bedroom TV’s did not work. The dryer knob to set time was broken, luckily we had pliers to turn the dial in order to use the dryer. One last thing, my son in law checked the a/c filter upstairs, had not been changed since 2023! This place is very nice, maybe needs new management.

We loved this location and home! It was perfect for a part of our work family! We spent 3 full, beautiful days just steps from the beach. The pool was perfect and the house had far more than enough room! We will be back!
