BBQ grill is an additional $60 to use for your stay,Guests are responsible to refill the propane if the tank is empty and clean the grill after use.
Cancellation policy:
50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.If full payment is not paid at the time of cancellation, the deposit will be retained.100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.

This was a perfect location, close to everything and away from the congestion. The property was everything that was advertised, clean, spacious and great amenities, both on property and in the community. We chose to have the backyard pool and hot tub heated, it was excellent! Liu was very responsive to our questions and enquiries, a great host. All in all, a perfect location for a larger group or family. Thank you, Paul

My family and I decided to do Thanksgiving in Florida this year. This house was amazing!!! We were in the pool and hot tub everyday!!! It was very spacious and nice, we truly enjoyed!!! Will be booking again, we decided to do this every year!!!

Me and my family had an amazing time. There was plenty of room for all 18 of my family members. The house was clean, and tidy. The amusement park attractions, outlet mall, grocery stores, shopping were near by. The resort amenities were also great. We had fun visiting the clubhouse pool, activities, lazy river. The children thoroughly enjoyed the game room and water playground. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because there were a few minor housekeeping items in which the owner may not have been aware of, however, when I emailed him he thanked me for letting him know. I highly recommend this house. Me and my family will definitely consider returning next year.
