The complex is equipped with a lovely gated pool; outdoor grills; and more. In addition to the gorgeous weather in Florida, there are many excellent activities in the area to enjoy. This unit was recently purchased for its outstanding location and views. The owners have been renting for many years and have had terrific reviews on all of the other properties they have in the portfolio.
Previously many updates were completed. In June 2022, new Quartz counter tops were installed along with new sink and kitchen faucet. Additional bathroom upgrades were also just completed.
This building is located right on the sand. This owner has an excellent reputation for delivering exactly what is advertised. The property complex is well maintained with a very nice pool area. The property is located on a nice clean section of the Beach and is only a short distance from good restaurants, bars, liquor stores, and many other amenities.
While we would love to accept every inquiry, we operate on a first booked, first committed basis only. The unit is considered committed once a signed rental agreement is executed. It is then removed form the calendar for the dates agreed upon.
In addition to a signed rental agreement, we do require a refundable damage deposit of $200. The only typical fee is a post stay cleaning company fee, which is deducted from the damage deposit prior to its return.

A refundable security deposit is required, from which the $100 cleaning fee will be deducted prior to its return (subject to the terms of the rental agreement). **If the stay is for more than three weeks, the post stay cleaning fee is increased per stay. All online bookings are subject to an executed rental agreement being completed. The terms of that agreement take precedence over any online statements from website or listing. We prefer personal or bank checks for payment as we no longer accept credit cards due to high fees. We can accept PayPal payments, however if guest chooses that method, PayPal charges a 4% International fee and a 3% domestic fee to the recipient that the guest will need to pay. They will need to up the payment total by the 3 or 4% accordingly. All Rates are subject to change!

We enjoyed our stay in this nice Gulf facing condo. The views from the 6th floor unit were incredible. Looking at the Gulf while sitting on the balcony in the mornings was wonderful. The condo was stocked with essentials and also beach items which was a nice touch. There is a strip mall across the street which has an incredible little independent book store where I found some great reads. Derald is a great host and was very communicative throughout our renting experience. I would definitely recommend this property and we hope to visit again.

Our generous host provided ample supplies for our stay. The condo was sufficient for all of our needs, and we could walk to the market and other shopping at nearby Santini Plaza, also CVS and 7-11. The lanai offered breathtaking views even though with construction noise startiing 8AM to about 3PM. But we realized of course that repairs on neighboring buildings are a good thing for Fort Myers Beach. One suggestion we would like to make is adding a grab bar in the shower/tub for safety. Otherwise, for the price of our stay we are very satisfied. Thank you!

I appreciate the owner keeping the cost very reasonable for this great condo. The location is perfect for beach lovers as it is right out the door. There were never more then 10 people at the beach at a time during the week we were there. There are a couple showers for rinsing off after the beach near the clean pool which has lots of lounge chairs and friendly people. The king mattress was comfortably firm and the shower had great water pressure, (a new tub or tile would complete the bathroom). The kitchen was stocked well with every essential and plenty of starter supplies. Very quiet neighborhood especially during the evening post Ian, there is construction in the area during the day. Straight forward pricing policy, perfect beach location, and comfortable bed makes this condo a great choice for a relaxing vacation.

We loved returning to our favorite beach location. The condo was spot on as pictured. The waters outside our window were inviting and gorgeous all week long. This is a true treasure in the midst of a busy world. Location is convenient for shopping. A Publix is a few blocks away for groceries or if you prefer to seek out places like Trader Joe's Bonita Springs/Naples area its only about a 20 minute drive due to traffic. Plenty of good places to enjoy. We sought seafood one day at Pinchers which was fabulous from the fresh Hog Fish, to the grilled chicken my husband chose. Service was great. But cooking in was also an option and we did for most meals wanting to be able to enjoy our time at the beach. Shopping, movies and other outings are close by. You will not lack for other options at this location, where parasailing, bike riding. The complex has nice washer/dryers available and a great pool to enjoy too. The owner is exceptional to work with in planning your stay. We have stayed for about 7 years on and off with family. We like it being laid back and right on the water. Bird watching remains a favorite at this location as well as watching for the dolphins. We look forward to a return later in the year to celebrate a birthday. Thanks again for sharing your condo with us.

This place is amazing. It was very clean, access to ocean was great, the pool was clean and relaxing to set at. The views from the balcony was fantastic, the sunsets were amazing to watch and getting to see the dolphins play was an added perk. I will definitely stay here again.

Our unit was really nicely appointed and fully equipped with everything one might need. The association provided grills were a wonderful addition to the fully equipped kitchen. The sunsets from our deck were truly breathtaking and watching dolphins play was an unexpected joy. We'll be back to this spot for sure!

I just live this place. Derald is great to work with and always goes smoothly. 607-A is a sweet piece of heaven. Spectacular view of the gulf and bay, the condo is top notch, very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The beach is perfect and not overcrowded. Absolutely perfect. My little dog loves to come here…loves the balcony. I am going to continue enjoying my 10 day vacation. Beach, palm trees and Pina coladas!

This is my second time to rent from this owner in this community. Great proximity to the beach, ice cream across the street, and is in the quiet end of the island. Everything needed was there and when our shower door and patio door were sticking, making them hard to open, I called Mr. Bogs, he contacted the "handyman", and he was knocking at the door within an hour. That kind of customer service is seen very seldom. I have already booked another 3 weeks next fall!

Booking was easy and Derald was great to work with. We enjoyed eating our meals on the balcony, llstening to the waves, watching the birds, the sunsets were fantasic, we plan to come back. There were several places to eat in the shopping center across the street. Also, the Fish Tale Marina is across the street with a dolphin cruise that was great, next time we might do the sunset cruise. the renovations to the condo are top notch and the condo has everything you need for a stay at the beach. Condo is pet friendly, we brought our dog and took him to the Dog park beach on Lovers Key, only a 10 minute drive away, had fun watching him play with all the other dogs. We will be back...

I do not know where to start. This was such a fabulous place and the service provided by Derald was top notch. Condo and all amenadies were perfect. We had a great stay in 607-A. The beach view is perfect! Loved sitting on balcony, shaded until late afternoon. The unit is well equipped and clean. Owner very responsive to problems that arose such as shower door coming off track and replacing cracked balcony chairs. People were courteous and most complied with mask requirement in lobby, hallways and elevators. Not typically a fan of communal laundry but it worked out fine... always seemed to be a washer available when wanted but avoid Fri and Sat before 4 when cleaning crews are using them. All units advertised as 1 bedroom but they are really studio units with bedroom off to side... not great for different sleep schedules.

This unit is right on the beach. Step out the doors and there's the sand. Unit was very clean and stocked well. Communication with the owner was spot on and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We have stayed in this complex many times and have never been disappointed. Quite a few restaurants that deliver right to the beach if you ask which was very convenient during covid. Beach has never been busy so social distancing was easy. Fort Myers Beach and Lovers Key Beach are just a short drive away. Definitely will book again

Great location on Fort Myers Beach. The condo has everything you will need and is very clean. It has a very comfortable king sized bed and new sofa couch. We arrived late in the evening because we decided to make the trip from NC in one day by car. If you are traveling by air, this condo is perfect as they have thought of everything (beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, etc.).We were amazed at the view from the condo the next morning. You can see Sanibel and Captiva in the distance.My friend who traveled with me loves to collect shells. She found many beautiful shells right on the beach at the condo. We went to Sanibel for a few hours one day, but she had actually found more shells on the beach at Fort Myers. The cost of going to Sanibel is $6 to cross the bridge going and $5/hour for parking. We were going to Lovers Key which is a park not far from the condo, but wouldn't have been able to stay long enough for the $8/per day entrance fee as the park closes at sunset. We went to Bowditch Park one day at the south end of Fort Myers Beach which is a very nice family oriented beach with a nice bathhouse, etc. Parking is only $2/hour.On our 2nd day the sliding glass door came off the track due to sand being in the track. I emailed the owner and he and his associate came right away to fix it. They both are very nice.Due to Covid, we chose not to eat out and had all that was needed to prepare our meals in the condo. We found a fresh seafood market close to the bridge going over to Fort Myers Beach, Trico Seafood Market. We bought the freshest most delicious shrimp.One warning, if the no see ums are attracted to you don't stay near the trees on the beach at sunset without repellant. They hadn't bothered us at all so I didn't use the repellant I brought, but one evening we were on the beach at sunset watching dolphins play close to the shore. I was bitten multiple times, but my friend wasn't bothered. You can see the most beautiful sunsets from the lanai at the condo.We had a wonderful week staying at this condo and hope to return again. The owners also have other condos in this same complex.

We come to Ft. Myers/Bonita Springs area 2-3 times a year and always stay at the Estero Beach and Tennis Club. This is the first time we stayed at this condo and we loved it. We had a great view of the ocean and the room was very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We plan on staying here next year 2-3 times as well.

I stayed in this condo the week of July 4th, and let me tell you it is a beautiful condo, we had everything we needed, it was just me and my son.. you can wake up and see the ocean in front of you everything was very clean. the condo has beach chairs and also there was a umbrella. we really enjoy and will stay again if available. Mr. Bogs was really nice and sent me all the necessary information to stay comfortable thank you!

Just a few steps to beach! Listened to surf constantly! Great bike riding on beach daily.Beautiful sunset views. Dolphins! No crowds but close enough to main activity at Times Square for shopping etc,Walk to Publix grocery store etc. Condo unit is ideal with screened lanai to relax on. Landlord is absolutely great and very helpful! Middle island location is perfect for walking and shell collecting. 1st floor location is perfect!

Can't say enough about the view.It was absolutely beautiful.The balcony looks out on the sandy beach and ocean.Its so close you might think you are on a boat.Sunsets every evening watching from the beach or balcony.Over all the property is in pretty nice condition and being upgraded with very comfortable sitting room furniture and great patio love seat and 2 arm chairs.Lay in bed and listen to the ocean even with the windows closed you can still hear it.I will return.

Our family of 4 stayed here in December 2018. The condo was very clean with all of the expected amenities. Well stocked kitchen (FYI, trash can latch is broken), beds were very comfortable, and it was really nice having sand chairs for the beach. The complex is nice too, offering grills and lounge chairs. The owner was very responsive to questions and promptly returned our security deposit (less $100 cleaning fee). The location is excellent, directly on the beach with beautiful views. The location is not close to the down town area, so you will need to drive or take the trolley if you want to be in the thick of things, but for us it was perfect. There is a Publix within walking distance, which was very convenient. The only negative was the TV situation. The TV in the living room and second bedroom would lose service fairly regularly (several times per hour). This was extremely annoying and since it rained the first two days we were there we did watch TV quite a bit. But, even with this annoyance, we would definitely stay here and recommend this condo to friends and family.Not related to this rental, but this was our first time visiting Ft. Myers Beach, there is road construction (we've been told it has been on going for quite some time), no issue with noise but it makes driving very slow.
