This condo is located in the pet friendly Estero Beach & Tennis Club. The complex is across from Santini plaza. The plaza has restaurants, Bars, Liquor store, Marina, and even some Shopping. You can easily catch a low cost trolley right across the street and get to Times Square in minutes depending on the season.
This excellent one-bedroom unit in Building B - unit 1002 has been fully remodeled with all new cabinets, counter tops, appliances, King bed, bedding, furnishings. The Works. This is not your typical high turnover rental unit. It is well maintained, very clean and has outstanding direct facing views of the Beach and Gulf. New king bed set installed. You will definitely enjoy some great sunsets from the large lanai. This building is located right on the sand. This owner has an excellent reputation for delivering exactly what is advertised. The property complex is well maintained with a very nice pool area. There are six tennis courts available for use. The property is located on a nice clean section of the Beach and is only a short distance from good restaurants, bars, liquor stores, and many other amenities. This unit is a tenth floor unit 1002- B that faces the Gulf and looks right down on the Beach and the Gulf Waters.
While we would love to accept every inquiry, we operate on a first booked, first committed basis only. The unit is considered committed once a signed rental agreement is executed. It is then removed from the calendar for the dates agreed upon.
In addition to a signed rental agreement, we do require a refundable security deposit. The only typical fee is a cleaning company fee, which is deducted from the security deposit prior to its return.

Rates are subject to change. A signed rental agreement is required for each booking. A refundable security damage deposit is required, from which the $100 cleaning fee will be deducted prior to its balance being returned (subject to the terms of the rental agreement). **If the stay is for more than three weeks, the post stay cleaning fee is increased to $110 per stay. All online bookings are subject to an executed rental agreement being completed. The terms of that agreement take precedence over any online statements from website or listing. We prefer personal or bank checks to be used for payments as we no longer accept credit cards due to high fees. We can accept PayPal payments, however if the guest chooses that method, PayPal charges a 4% International fee and a 3% domestic fee to the recipient that the guest will need to pay in addition to any fees on their end. Guests will need to up the payment total by the 3 or 4% accordingly. We no longer accept verbal bookings. We operate on a first booked basis only. The first valid submitted rental agreement will secure the booking for the unit and the dates selected.

Three Ladies stayed in 1002 at Estero Beach and Tennis Club, Oct. 10-18. The place was just perfect. Very close to Santini Mall and 7-11. Beautiful oceanfront views for sunrise and sunsets. We will definitely stay here again.

We love this quiet clean beach, this was our second visit there with the same owner. Miles of seashells and sand dollars. Clean pool with showers and plenty of chairs. Convenient laundry facility. This unit offers spectacular views from the balcony of dolphins and sunsets. Equipped with beach supplies and towels. Fast communication with Derald during entire transaction. Love the clear and super fair rates he offers, worth every penny.

Unit was exactly as described. Had everything we needed. Direct ocean views from balcony. Beach is wonderful since the beach reclamation. Still some noise with construction but that is to be expected since hurricane Ian. EBT did a great job to get up and running after the storm of a lifetime. Would rent again

We enjoyed our stay at Derald’s! The condo was just the right size, very clean and the kitchen had everything you would need to cook with. We enjoyed sipping our coffee in the morning or enjoying a cocktail in the evening on the balcony while enjoying the spectacular views of the gulf. Derald answered any questions we had right away and offered valuable info about the areas good eats. A beautiful, quiet and safe place to enjoy some sunshine and warmth. We will definitely stay at Derald’s again!

It’s October! Decided to take a last min trip to Ft Myers Beach, found this awesome condo 1002B at EBTC right on the beach! Weather was great for walking the beach, lots of shells this time of year! The unit is great, it has all a person needs to have a great stay. The balcony was good for setting outside, watch the gulf, the birds and a beautiful sunset! The condo was really cool on hot days and quiet for a good nights rest! The list of place recommended to eat was great, we definitely added some new places!

My wife and I have rented from Mr.Bogs in the past. This is the second stay in this unit (1002B). Once again it was a beautiful stay, the room was clean and up to date. The bed is very comfortable and the supplies in the unit are always more then enough. I have recommended Mr.Bogs to others I know and they too were not disappointed. The prices for this unit can not be beat for what you get. Pet friendly, ocean front at a GREAT price. The property overall was better than I expected. Friendly concierge staff greeted us upon arrival and was very courteous when helping with our luggage. Once we got settled we noticed the air was not working well. I called the front desk and within "minutes - no kidding" a service man arrived and resolved the issue. Room was very nice and had a wonderful view of the causeway and the beach - wonderful view of the sunset. Spacious covered balcony which came in handy since we had rain. Great pool area and friendly staff at the tiki bar. We dined at the newly renovated restaurant on the 2nd floor - great food, entertainment, drinks and friendly staff.I would highly recommend to others and will most likely return.

Deralds place was very clean, comfy bed with amazing views.The condo was well equipped including beach chairs towels. There was a Low cost laundry facility on site to use as well. Across the street there were restaurants shopping and a Farmers market . Endless miles of beachfront to walk. Great nearby state Parks. Was a very lucky day when Someone had canceled and we got in touch with Derald. Derald was very nice and even helped us out with our arrival. View was awesome. The hallway could be lightened up a little. The pool was always clean. Everyone was very friendly. The condo was clean. Would love to return to this one in a heartbeat. So we keep looking. Lovely place. Quiet atmosphere. Amazing views of the south and west. Short walk directly out to the gulf waters. Seems recently updated. Large fridge, plenty of space for food and clothes. Wish there was an in unit washer/dryer. Had a wonderful time. Would definitely go back. This was our 10th plus time staying in Fort Myers Beach.
