Our newly built residence, completed in 2025 and located in the heart of Cape Coral, combines modern comfort, exclusive amenities, and relaxed living right on the waterfront. Whether for a family vacation or a getaway with friends, this luxurious villa makes every stay unforgettable.


The waterfront villa offers four spacious bedrooms, all with king-size beds. Two of them are master suites for maximum relaxation, and one also has its own work area – ideal for guests who want to work during their stay. The modern bathrooms feature high-quality materials, walk-in showers, and elegant details. The main bathroom also offers a freestanding bathtub and a separate shower for special moments of well-being.


The open, light-flooded room concept creates a harmonious combination of elegance and comfort. Large windows bring plenty of daylight into the house and offer magnificent views of the canal.


The outdoor area is a true oasis: a heated pool and Jacuzzi invite you to relax while enjoying the view of the water and the sunsets. The spacious terrace offers comfortable seating for al fresco dining or a sundowner. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen with high-quality barbecue is perfect for culinary experiences under the open sky. Deck chairs invite you to sunbathe, and with a little luck, you can observe passing wildlife such as dolphins and manatees from the water.


A special highlight is the tiki hut on the boat dock – the ideal place to relax right by the water. The dock with Captain's Walk offers direct access to the canal and is ideal for boaters and fishing enthusiasts.


Surrounded by lush gardens, this outdoor area offers a private retreat where luxury and nature blend harmoniously.
