Villa Montclaire with a great, spacious and south-facing Lanai has a solar and electrical heated infinity pool with a low water zone. The perfect place to sunbath and have the feet cooled down at the same time. The jacuzzi/Spa can be heated separately. Have a sundowner in the pool and enjoy a relaxing evenings. It's the perfect place!
On the lanai you find a high quality summer kitchen with BBQ, steam-discharge and sink. Enjoy the view over the canal while preparing the perfect, juicy American steak. You will never want to cook somewhere else!

Rent the sport boat 2017 Monterey M6 with 350PS, you will love to explore the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva.
Fully equipped, high quality kitchen that overlooks the livingroom, the pool and the canal. Enjoy your coffee at the kitchen counter and watch the fishes jump in the canal. Don't forget to bring your favorite Nespresso capsules from home. There's a Nespresso-machine available for you. The fridge offers 2 separate cooling drawers for beverages.
Villa Montclaire offers 4 beddrooms (each with an own bathroom), but is rented only to 6 persons. 7 or 8 guests on request. The big master suite with kingsize-bed and direct access to the pool area has a wonderful master bathroom with bath tub and shower (handicapped accessible). Juniorsuite with direct access to the pool as well.
Office corner, wireless SONOS indoors and outdoors, and of course a good WIFI in the whole house and outdoors.
5 TV's (livingroom and in each bedroom) with Apple TV, Netflix and Xinfinity Programme.
The beach of Cape Coral is within 10 minutes walking distance but unfortunately it is closed due to the aftermath of hurricane Ian and is under reconstruction.
If you want to visit the different beaches by boat, then you can always add a boat to your booking from our portfolio of over 10 boats.
Very picturesque, separate porch with a nice lounge near the canal at the villas deck and boat lift. Watch the fishes jumping, boats passing and have a coffee or a drink at this wonderful place. That's life!

Cancellation fee:
- Free cancellation up to 180 days before the beginning of the rental period;
- admin fee 7 or more days after booking: 3 % of total rental cost with a maximum of $250
- 35 % of the total rental cost if a cancellation is made 180 to 60 days before the beginning of the rental period
- 50 % of the total rental cost if a cancellation is made 60 to 30 days before the beginning of the rental period
- 100 % of the total rental cost if a cancellation is made less than 30 days before the beginning of the rental period

Wife and I rented this house for 2 weeks Feb-Mar 2021. Our first time vacationing on west coast after years on east coast and we have found our new vacation destination for years to come!!! The house was clean and comfortable and huge!!! 2 families with a few small children could easily stay here. House had everything we needed for cooking, utensils, pans etc.. The pool is very nice!!! Everything is close, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy etc. Just under 1 mile walk to beach on the river, sidewalks everywhere for walks and bike lane on all the roads. We loved the area its really quite and everyone is friendly!! We will definitely be returning to this area next winter!!!
