Thank you again for another great stay at Sunlake condos! I have stayed numerous times at this specific unit and i find it to be very comfortable and well located! Its quiet at the condo and feels more like a neighborhood than a rental unit. The pool is wonderful and the parking is right in front of the units. the owner is timely with responses concerning bookings or condo information and has been a pleasure to work with. i hope to return again!

Large first floor condo in a gated community with screened-in patio that has chairs and end tables. The condo is great for moving in and out, and it's very convenient when bringing in groceries. Three full bathrooms, two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, and the master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The kids' bedroom has two twin beds and a crib. We stayed here for seven weeks each of the last two years. The clubhouse has an exercise gym, a pool table and a swimming pool. Six+ restaurants are within walking distance. Walmart is one mile east and Target is one mile west of the condo. We love the location since the condo is a 7-to-12-minute drive to any of the Disney parks.

The location of the condo was excellent and the layout of the condo itself was very efficient for 4 adults and three childrenIt was great having a very well layed out kitchen where adults and children had plenty of room to work on meals together The balcony added to the space and was enjoyed by all. The view was pleasant.The family enjoyed the pool after an exhausting day at their adventuresOverall delightful!HOWEVER... We did have a few concerns with a number of minor repairs that would have made our visit more comfortable especially the broken microwave door. It was broken when we arrived and was not replaced during our stay. Numerous light bulbs needed to be replaced and batteries in tv remote needed to be replaced. Minor as I indicated but annoying.

My party and I were extremely pleased with the home that we stayed in via Iverson.It was clean, organized, beautiful, relaxing, and an all around treat to stay there for the affordable price. We had to leave a day early due to Hurricane Michael and the mandatory evacuation issued. However, we still enjoyed every moment of it.12/10 if there was a rating to give. Thank you so very much Iverson for the hospitality that you have provided us and we will most likely stay there again if we every venture that way!!! Stephanie & crew
