1100 sq. ft. 1st. floor fully refurbished two bedroom, two bath condo located in the beautiful gated community of Naples Bath and Tennis Club. Parking directly adjacent to your front door. Lovely views of lake from your glassed in lanai. Really quiet and serene condo within a cul de sac of 8 units. The pool and spa are located within a short walking distance from this condo. This condo features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and updated appliances. The two bedrooms have king sized beds and flat screened TVs. They both have adjoining bathrooms and ample closet space. Living room/dining room also has a flat screen TV. Cable TV, WI FI and Internet are included. The unit comes with an indoor washer and dryer. There is also a murphy bed in the lanai area for extra guests. Within the gated community there are lovely walking paths and and the road circles around for walking and biking.
Guest memberships in the country club located within the complex includes an olympic pool, gym, restaurant, and world famous tennis courts. Also housed within the country club area is the world renowed Sanchez-Cabral Tennis School.

Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Absolutely close to eveything you could need or want. This condo is cozy and makes you feel at home immediately. It is truly OUR home away from home. Wonderful neighbors that are always there to offer help and offer suggestions to newcomers. Association offers a pot luck get together at the pool once a month. Within the condo we have a notebook with great suggestions for our favorite restaurants, etc and suggestions from past renters.

Kids love the pool especially and the convenience to all of their favorite pastime activities. So many of their favorite fast food restaurants,beautiful parks for picnics, splash pads for the toddlers, playscrapes and basketball, movie theatres, mini golf, waterparks, Zoo and museums. Downtown 5th Avenue is continually promoting streetwide activities for adults and children.
Condo is within a couple minutes ride to the nearest shopping malls featuring Publix, hair/nail salons, restaurants, TJ Maxx to mention a few.
We are about 15 minutes to lovely beaches and downtown 5th Avenue. About the same distance to libraries and many houses of worship. Cultural events continue year round and of course many beautiful golf courses to choose from.

Diana is a great host, the booking was easy and the condo had everything needed for a great stay. Getting around was a snap with this central location getting to the beach or 5th Ave was just a few minutes of driving. The pool was a close walk and private for the local residents of that section of the complex. The neighbors were very friendly and enjoyed visiting with us as we solved the worlds problems by the pool. Everyone was very outgoing we enjoyed the company and they made us feel like we belonged. The condo is lovely and clean and nicely furnished with all that we needed. Having coffee in the morning by the back patio doors was a treat. What a great 2021 Christmas! Thank You Diana.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay on Spoonbill Lane. What we appreciated most was that there were no surprises; the photographs and description of this unit clearly represented what we found upon our arrival. We immediately felt right at home and discovered that we had everything that we needed for our month long stay. The location was perfect for us. We were active every day and everything that we did was only 10-15 minutes away. The setting is lovely, in addition to being convenient. I enjoyed a daily run and bike ride around the complex. The owners have done everything you can think of to guarantee an enjoyable visit. We can’t wait to return.

This is a very clean and comfortable condo. It’s in a wonderful location with tons of different restaurants and stores nearby. The neighbors are so welcoming. We met quite a few great people at the pool. The owner, Diana, was very nice and helpful with all questions. Several beaches were close by along with the Naples Zoo, which was really nice. the pool and hot tub were kept clean and were very enjoyable. I enjoyed the birds, squirrels and bunnies outside the lanai. We would love to come back and visit again..

The condo is comfortable, clean, with many nice touches added by the home owner.The Spoonbill Lane community is also a charming find, with a mix of the most welcoming people! They host a pot luck event at the pool each month and we met many residents.The grounds are well kept and the pool and hot tub are spotless.We plan to return next winter.

This is a lovely comfortable condo in the location we love. Convenient for beach,shops and downtown. Well equipped with everything needed for a great holiday. We return in May and look forward to returning in November too.

This unit is in a very comfortable area. The neighbors are friendly and open to meeting people. The pool is a good place to relax. The unit itself was a bit like home, however the couch was not comfortable to sit on and the frying pan could be newer. The place was quiet and clean. It ticked off most of the boxes we wanted.
