Other amenities include washer and dryer; free Wi-Fi internet access, LCD HDTV, cable service and DVD player.The dining room includes a bar area with wine cooler. Guests have access to a shared, private pool. The condo is situated on beautiful Pensacola Beach at the entrance to Gulf Islands National Seashore park. Area Information

The water of the Gulf is ca. 150 yards in front of the property, with unobstructed view. The beach on the Sound is behind the complex, ca 20 yards.The unit is part of a low-rise complex next to the entrance to Gulf Islands National Seashore park, and away from the big high rises. The condo complex is adjacent to miles and miles of pristine beaches available for biking, walking, bird watching, etc. The commercial center, which is about 2 miles away, offers restaurants, shopping, mini-golf, bike and funny car rentals, plus all kinds of water activities, like parasailing. Deep sea fishing is also available on charter boats. Near the commercial center there is the longest pier on the Gulf (1500 ft), great for fishing or walking while taking a glimpse at the occasional sea creatures like dolphins, sea turtles and all kind of sea birds.
