Ocean Kiss’D is a welcoming 7-bedroom, 5 and a half-bathroom coastal getaway that accommodates up to 18 guests, located in the highly desirable Crystal Beach area of Destin. This home offers a relaxed beachside setting with a prime central location, making it easy to enjoy everything Destin has to offer while still feeling tucked away and comfortable.

The interior is thoughtfully arranged to balance shared spaces with room to spread out and unwind. The main common areas connect naturally for easy gathering and extend directly to the backyard patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor feel. Seven well-appointed bedrooms provide comfort and privacy throughout the home, including two second-floor bunk rooms—one of which doubles as a game room featuring arcade games and a lounge area with a couch, making it a favorite hangout for kids and teens.

Outdoors, the private backyard is designed for laid-back coastal living, featuring a refreshing private pool, multiple hammocks for relaxing in the shade, and a covered patio with a grill alongside an uncovered dining table for meals under the open sky. Public access at Tarpon Beach is a quick 5-minute walk away, or you can take a short drive over to the larger beach access at The Crab Trap. A complimentary 6-passenger golf cart (LSV) makes it easy to explore shopping, dining, and everyday conveniences nearby—including Destin Commons, Pompano Joe’s, The Surf Hut, and various grocery stores—all within a short distance. Home Layout and Bedroom Details:

1st Floor:

Kitchen: This large kitchen is fully stocked for making meals for large families. It has beautiful graphite-colored cabinetry and granite countertops and includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, double toaster, Keurig, coffee pot, crockpot, griddle, and blender, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware. There is also a large counter-height bar with 8 bar stools.

Dining Room: Located across from the kitchen and bar, the dining room has a front-row view of the backyard and pool. You can also see the TV in the living room. It has a beautiful, handmade table that seats 14 people.

Living Room: This living room is right next to the dining room and has 2 full-sized sofas and 2 accent chairs. Watch your favorite shows on the large 55-inch, flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player.

Bedroom + Bathroom #1: This bedroom is on the first floor to the right when you walk in the front door. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It also has its own spacious, private bathroom that is wheelchair friendly, with a stand-up shower and a separate shower/tub combination.

Bedroom + Bathroom #2: Located on the first floor (across from bedroom #1). This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 1 nightstand, and a flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a stand-up shower.

Laundry: Located downstairs, off the main hallway, there is a full-sized washer and dryer. You will find all of the towels stored here.

Half Bath #6: This bathroom is located on the first floor, off the main hallway. All of the bathrooms in the home have custom, built-in cabinetry with granite countertops.

Backyard: Take a swim in the 28×15 ft. private, saltwater pool. This large backyard also has a table with an umbrella that seats 6, plenty of lounge chairs, 3 hammocks, a picnic table, and a gas grill. There is plenty of space behind the pool for throwing frisbee or football. The pool can also be heated in the winter months.

2nd Floor:

Bedroom + Bathroom #3: Adjacent to bedroom #4. This bedroom is located upstairs in the front right corner of the home with access to the front balcony. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 1 accent chair, 1 nightstand, and a flat-screen TV. It has its own private bathroom with a stand-up shower. It also has access to the large balcony off the front of the home with 2 lounging Adirondack chairs and side tables.

Bedroom #4: This bedroom is located upstairs in the front left corner of the home and also has access to the large front balcony. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It shares the jack-and-jill bathroom with the Bunk Room (#5). This bedroom and Bedroom #3 are the two largest if you need to set up a pack-n-play.

Bathroom #4 (Jack-and-Jill): This spacious bathroom is shared between Bedroom #4 and #5 (Bunk Room). It has two sinks and a tub/shower combination.

Bedroom #5 (Bunk Room): This bunk bedroom is right at the top of the stairs. It’s furnished with 2 Full/Full bunks, a dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It shares the jack-and-jill bathroom with Bedroom #4.

Bedroom #6 (Game Room + Lounge Area): This room is adjacent to bedroom #7, in the back of the house. It doubles as a secondary lounge/game room. It has 1 Twin/Twin bunk bed, a full-sized sofa, a bean bag chair, and a flat-screen TV. It has 2 stand-alone arcade games and bar stools. There is plenty of open floor space for air mattresses or a pack-n-play. It also has access to the balcony overlooking the backyard and pool.

Bedroom #7 + Bathroom #5: Upstairs and to the left in the back of the home, you have Bedroom #7. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a flat-screen TV. It also has its own private bathroom with a stand-up shower.

The Balcony: Has a cozy outdoor loveseat and chair set, coffee table, and 2 rocking chairs.

House Rules:
-This is a NON-smoking property.

Student Booking Policies:
-College student groups must all inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a college student group is accepted, they will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or college student groups.

Pets:
-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee upon approval. Please request approval before booking.

Parking:
-All cars must be in the driveway. 4 cars maximum. No Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted without approval.
