Blue Coconut is a beautiful 8-bedroom, 6 and a half-bathroom retreat that accommodates up to 20 guests in Destin’s popular Crystal Beach neighborhood. The main level features a bright open layout with stylish coastal décor, abundant natural light, and seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Eight spacious bedrooms include several king suites with private bathrooms and inviting bunk rooms perfect for kids. Upstairs, vaulted ceilings and airy layouts create a tranquil retreat for rest and relaxation after a day in the sun.

Outside, a private tropical oasis awaits. The sparkling saltwater pool features a shallow tanning ledge surrounded by hammocks, lounge chairs, and lush greenery. Home Layout and Bedroom Details:

1st Floor:

Kitchen: This large kitchen is fully stocked to make large family meals. It has beautiful soft-gray-colored cabinetry and granite countertops. Includes a microwave, dishwasher, stove, 1 refrigerator, 2 toasters, Keurig, coffeepot, crockpot, griddle, and blender, as well as all the usual utensils and cookware. Also has a 12-foot counter-height bar with 8 bar stools.

Dining Room: Located across from the kitchen and bar, this dining room seats 12. Add that to the barstools, and you can fit 20 people together for a meal!

Living Room: This very spacious living room is right past the dining room and has 3 full-sized sofas! Watch your favorite shows on the large 55-inch HD flat-screen TV.

Bedroom + Bathroom #1: In the back of the house, you have bedroom number 1. This extra-spacious bedroom is wheelchair friendly and has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It also has a private bathroom with a large stand-up shower. Because of its size, this bedroom has extra floor space for an air mattress or a pack-n-play if needed. The icing on the cake is the French door access to the backyard and pool, just steps away.

Bedroom + Bathroom #2: Go past the dining and living room; you’ll find this bedroom to the left. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen. It has a private bathroom with a glassed-in shower/tub combination.

Bedroom + Bathroom #3: When you walk in the front door, this bedroom is on the first floor to the left. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It also has a private bathroom with a stand-up shower.

Half Bathroom #7: This bathroom is in the hallway to the right when you walk into the house, next to the laundry room.

Laundry: Located to the right, just inside the front door. 1 washer, 1 dryer. You will find all of the bathroom linens stored here.

Backyard: This tropical, luscious, green backyard has a large 12×22 rectangle salt-water pool. The pool also has a 6×6 tanning shelf about 6 inches deep. It has an umbrella and can also double as a kiddy pool. There’s a covered table that seats 6, plenty of lounge chairs, 2 hammocks, a picnic table, and a gas grill. The pool can be heated in winter and has colorful lights for night swimming.

2nd Floor:

Bedroom + Bathroom #4: This bedroom is located upstairs in the front right corner of the home. It has a king-sized bed, accent chair, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It also has access to the large balcony off the front of the home. It has a private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower.

Bedroom #5: Adjacent to bedroom #4, this bedroom is located upstairs in the front right corner of the home. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It also has access to the front balcony. Attached is a Jack-and-Jill bathroom that also leads to Bedroom #6.

Bathroom #5 (Jack-and-Jill): This spacious bathroom is shared between the bunk room (#6) and a king suite (#4). It has two sinks and a glassed-in tub/shower combination.

Bedroom #6 (Bunk Room): This bunk bedroom is at the top of the stairs. It’s furnished with 2 full-over-full bunk beds, a dresser, 1 nightstand, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It shares the Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom #5.

Bedroom #7: This room is adjacent to Bedroom #8, in the back of the house. It doubles as a secondary upstairs living area. It has 1 full-over-full bunk bed, 1 full-sized sofa, 1 loveseat, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has open floor space for air mattresses or a pack-n-play. It also has access to the large backyard balcony with an outdoor dining set that seats 6.

Bedroom #8 + Bathroom #6: Up the stairs and to the left is Bedroom #8. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a mounted flat-screen TV. It has a private bathroom with a glassed-in stand-up shower.

House Rules:
-This is a NON-smoking property.

Student Booking Policies:
-College student groups must all inquire and get approval before booking. Rates for student groups are subject to change; the price will be determined upon inquiry.
-If a college student group is accepted, they will be subject to a $100.00 fully refundable damage deposit per person.
-Golf carts are not included for groups under the age of 25 or college student groups.

Pets:
-This home is pet-friendly, up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee upon approval. Please request approval before booking.

Parking:
-All cars must be in the driveway. 6 cars maximum. No Trailers, RVs, Scooters, Boats, or Motorcycles are permitted without approval.
