For the water treatment of, with fresh (sweet) water filled, pool no liquid chlorine is used, but by a salt electrolytic plant chlorine gas is generated, which will be added to the water by a particular system, as needed.
As a result, the water is substantially compatible with the skin and causes no skin irritation in general.

The possibility to rent a boat is given by an existing jetty.

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Water View. The house is amazing and has everything you need for a great stay. The owners have really thought of things that you would need when on vacation which was great for our two week stay. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The pool and lanai are fantastic, with a great wide view of the canal and the sunsets over the water at night are beautiful. Our kids spent so much time in the pool and just loved it, we grilled out a lot and ate by the pool. There is a games room and a ping pong table which the kids loved, and also bikes in the garage. You can bike over to Cape Coral harbor in ten minutes from the house, it's a nice ride and there are bike lanes and sidewalks for kids to ride in. Check out the French Press coffee shop over there. There is beach equipment so if you are flying in as we did, there is no ned to buy anything. This is a residential area and not a resort area, so you will need to drive to those places and to the beaches. We found that the nicest beach area was Sanibel Island, which is a 50 minute drive, you have to visit this place. We also recommend you visit Naples (1 hr 10 min drive) and Marcos Island (1 hr 20). Fort Myers is a 40 minute drive, but we didn't get there. For those of you concerned about the payment structure as it is different to US based companies, I can only vouch for our own personal experience and say we paid through Paypal which eased our concerns and did receive our deposit back. The electric cost was not bad at all for 2 weeks, which was something else we were concerned about when researching places to stay. The CCVS team were very helpful and responsive. We can't wait to return to this lovely home!!

Mary E.Wonderful vacation home with pool on the canal
This house was recently built and well designed. It had 4 bedroooms and 3 bathrooms all with granite counter tops. The flooring throughout the house was a beautiful grey slate pattern that went so well with all the white walls and high ceilings. The kitchen was incredible with a huge island with beautiful hanging light fixtures. All stainless steel appliances and well stocked.We spent most of our time outside in the very large lanai with heated pool, very comfortable furniture, and Weber grill. The house is on a canal with a tikki hut where we sat and watched the sunset. Very quiet and serene atmosphere. Lots of wild life to watch including birds, ducks, turtles and even a lazy alligator sunning himself floating by in the canal. (that was a highlight for us northerners)We would definitely rent this property again!
