Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt in der Villa Sunflower und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Das Haus ligt in einer guten, ruhigen Gegend. Zu Shops und Restaurants waren es nur wenige Minuten. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, gut durch dacht und sehr gepflegt. Die Betten sind hochwertig sowie eigentlich alles im Haus. Sehr empfehlenswert ist auch die Hausverwaltung. Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen und man bereitete uns einen guten Aufenthalt. Wir freuen uns auf ein schnelles Wiedersehen....
