Inside the villa you will be impressed with the high ceilings and large sliding glass doors that open up to a gorgeous view of the canal. Well-equipped and tastefully furnished, with plenty of space for up to eight people. There are two master suites and two further bedrooms (all with king size beds), three bathrooms, kitchen with open dining area, billiard room and spacious living room.
Another feature of this villa is a special pool water treatment plant.
For the water treatment of, with fresh (sweet) water filled, pool no liquid chlorine is used, but by a salt electrolytic plant chlorine gas is generated, which will be added to the water by a particular system, as needed.
As a result, the water is substantially compatible with the skin, eyes and hair, causing no irritation in general.

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.

The home was perfect for our family’s needs. Very clean and unbelievably well stocked and organized. Bikes were great, so many nice thick towels, comfortable mattresses and nice bedding. The kitchen was well stocked with even some staples on hand. Anne-Marie responded to our questions very quickly and was a delight to work with. We will be back!

We have taken a family trip from North Carolina to Cape Coral for the last 6 years. Everyone agreed that this is the best house we have ever had. It has everything. The young adults enjoyed the media room, and everybody played pool on the great billiards table. We swam in the pool and used the spa just about every day. It was pretty warm, so we only turned the pool heater on once, but it works very fast compared to other houses we have rented. My son and grandson fished from the dock every day and every evening. The house's proximity to the spreader made for fantastic fishing and every evening we had a sunset cocktail on the roof deck. We plan to go again in 2025.

From the moment we stepped in the home we felt like we were at home. The girls had picked out there room before we left and it was just as they pictured it.Everyday and most nights we utilized the amazing pool and areas to sit. I think down by the dock was there favorite as they could see the fish. We even caught a catfish which gave them quite a fight!We ate in many days and the kitchen had everything!

I have rented numerous vacation rental homes in the Cape Coral area and this is the first time I am leaving a review. I could just go on and on, but I will get to the good points The place was spotless and no issues whatsoever The location was wonderful, nice view of intersecting canal The pool area-AMAZING! Spa-AMAZING and everything worked Well stocked with just about everything you could desire. Beds-very comfortable. Nearby shopping and restaurants Only 35mn to Fort Myer Beach We will be staying her again for sure!

My family and I spent Christmas here. We have rented several places in Florida over 6 years. Villa Ambience was absolutely the nicest place by far. The pool and spa was where I spent my time while the kids kayaked and road the bikes that came with the rental. (Big perk!) The kitchen was a chef's dream. My son and I love to cook and the barbeque was great for our Christmas dinner of tenderloin bought at a neighborhood butchershop. The management company was quick to respond and they were so nice upon our entry and departure. We hope to go back soon.

We had a wonderful experience with renting this home. Florida rentals was easy to work with and the process was very smooth. The home was outstanding, clean and luxuriant! Oh my! Met all of my expectations and more. We loved hanging outside by the pool and would love to come back when we can open up the house onto the lanai all the way without heat being an issue. Cape Coral area is gorgeous and easy to navigate to Fort Myers and Sanibel island and Matlacha. So many fun restaurants and the beaches are wonderful. We have 3 children ages 8,9&10 and my 2 teenage nieces went as well and all the accommodations helped to keep them entertained and made the stay so enjoyable! Would definitely recommend this house and this rental company! If you are hesitating…this is the place for you! Enjoy!!

We have traveled to many destinations and rented condos/hotels/homes over the years, but nothing comes close to a week at this house. I felt like I was the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. From the moment we (a family of 4) pulled up to the home, you could tell the property is well maintained. For once, the pictures of the property were not as good as seeing it in person. We were wowed by the listing photos and video but stunned when we got there. The house is stocked with every item you could need:Day at the Beach: pick a cooler, chairs, and umbrella from the garage.Swim in the Pool: grab one of the luxury pool towels and use the outdoor garment hangers to dry them.Kayak with the Family: unlock the kayas and grab a life preserver from the garage. head down to the dock and EASILY hop onto the kayaks.Family Game Night: video games, billiards, air hockey, ping pong, or board games. All work great and have plenty of supplies.Cooking: plenty of utensils, pots/pans, plates to last three days without doing dishes. We had access to more kitchen items than we do at our own home. There’s a Vitamix, juicer, killer espresso machine, milk brother, and so much more.Music/TV: there's a TV in almost every room in the house. Best yet, they have speakers (volume controls) throughout the home, allowing you to listen to—music and tv throughout the whole house.Sleep: the bedrooms are so comfortable. Equipped with ceiling fans, plenty of dresser or walk-in closer space and some of the most comfortable bedding/mattresses. Also, some of the best dual-head showers.Decor - the house has some of the best decor we’ve seen. It's like being in a Pottery Barn or PierOverall we were discovering new things everyday in this house. The onsite property management team is super responsive and helpful at check-in and check-out.The Ambience is a fantastic rental for any family looking to get away and feel like you are a millionaire. The whole week was like I was the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air waking up in a house of luxury! Will we be back? 1000%*** two notes not related to the home (1) it's rented through a German management company. If you are a US resident, you have to transfer money through a 3rd party service TransferWise ($25). I was a bit nervous at first sending money overseas but the process was smooth and 100% secure. (2) you have to pay for the electricity use. We ran the AC almost 24x7, hot tub, cooked, washed clothes & it was about $100 after the $35 credit.
