Villa Santa Monica - extensively renovated and refurnished in 2018
Ideally located in the southwest of Cape Coral on a wide canal with short access to the river.
The newly renovated villa was furnished by the owner with much love tastefully and sufficiently.
There are enough sleeping facilities for up to six people.
The most beautiful is the stay in the large and beautifully furnished pool area with west facing location.
So you can enjoy fantastic sunsets.
Or you can simply use the in-house boat platform for sunbathing or fishing.
It is also possible to rent a boat at the dock.

Area Information
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.

Children up to the age 08 years are free of charge
Children from 09 until 14 years pay 50,00 EUR per week, at high season 80,00 EUR
All rental rates are inclusive 11.5% taxes,
House cleaning: 160.00 EUR incl. 11.5 % Tax (without grill cleaning)
Minimum rent is 7 nights, at Christmas/New Year and Eastern season 14 nights.
Last minute and further specially offers available.
House damage deposit: 400.00 EUR
Security Deposit increases by 100.00 EUR per additional week at rentals over 21 nights.
Additional costs:
Electricity: 15 US Cent plus 11.5 % Tax per KW/h according to consumption,
Electricity allowance: $ 25.00 per week.
Phone: Fees according to consumption / Local calls are free of charge
Non-smoking Villa, smoking allowed only on the terrace
Pets not allowed
25% deposit within 10 days after receipt of lease agreement confirmation.
Final payment + security deposit 40 days before rental period.

Christmas getaway
We had an awesome Christmas vacation.The home was absolutely perfect for my family. The kids were entertained by all the activities available inside and outside the living area. Pool equipment, fussball table, kayaks, bicycles and board games.....Superb architecture set with 99% of views directly on pool and canal and all glass doors perfectly stackable to make you feel like you are always poolside or canal side. Tranquility at is best!Wife and kids want to return to the exact home the next time
