Villa Palmetto Dunes is situated in a quiet residential area, but still close to supermarkets and restaurants.
It is ideal for holidaymakers who are looking for lots of privacy. Two master suites with an en suite bathroom, divided into main and outbuildings are ideal for couples, who sometimes want to have their peace and quiet.
There are two more bedrooms with shared bathroom.
The pool of this villa is very special, with a waterfall and underwater spotlights a stunning atmosphere is produced in the evenings.
Billiards, table tennis, air hockey and four bicycles are available for leisure activities. Also, a men's and a women's golf set have recently been added for free use.
Entering this villa is like the entrance to an own small private OASIS. You will never again want away.
Area Information
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.

House cleaning: 225.00 EUR incl. 11.5 % Tax (without grill cleaning)
Minimum rent is 7 nights, at Christmas/New Year and Eastern season 14 nights.

House damage deposit: 700.00 EUR
Security Deposit increases by 150.00 EUR per additional week at rentals over 21 nights.

Due to a couple of situations our plans were first changed to another property and time. Later due to a future situation, our plans were cancelled. The Florida rental were great. Ashlee M.Family-Friendly Stay
We had a wonderful getaway at Palmetto Dunes. Our family had plenty of space to relax and enjoy our trip with our two dogs. The pool area was amazing, and the house was very clean and lovely for our stay! Our only issue was that communication was sometimes unclear as management and the property manager didn’t always seem to be in the same page. Most of the information in the welcome binder was also in German, which was disappointing because we felt unclear on procedures and local information.

We absolutely loved our stay here so much that we didn't want to go home and last minute asked to extend it by a few days and Guenter was more than willing and made it happen. Thank you so much for putting so much thought into this rental and being accommodating to families. My kids loved finding the closet full of board games and activities. My favorite part was the layout of the house with the pool in the courtyard and the house surrounding the pool on all three corners made the property feel very private. The only problem we had the entire stay happened on the last very last day of our stay when the stove broke which wasn't an issue for us. Also on arrival the pool wasn't filtering properly but Guenter sent Sven the property manager right over with his pool boy and the problem was fixed immediately! The location was perfect! We made trips to Captiva, Sanibel, Fort Myers etc almost daily. Thank you for having beach chairs, shovels, beach toys etc. for us to use. Excited to visit again!

This is a great house for a vacation stay - especially with accompanying guests. Their is a separate guest suite that is perfect for your guests. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, safe. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Myself & Hubby have spent the last 15 years holidaying in Cape Coral at Christmas time and we love it more each year , we have met many wonderful friends over the years that live here and they have become part of our life ...In the meantime what makes our holiday even more special is the home we rent for the duration and to be honest this home is the very best that we have had the pleasure to rent in all the years.From the initial booking , to the management of the property all were very professional. The house is well equipped and has very comfortable furnishings throughout, the house is built around the pool in a courtyard setting and there are walls halfway up the screen area for complete privacy . We still do a bit of work while we are holidays and we had no issues with the speed . This house is really suitable for 2 families or to bring your Mum /dad in law due to the layout of it . If you have children there are plenty of board games, pool tables , bikes etc to keep them entertained .The house felt like home from day 1 and we have booked again for this Christmas .Thank you to the owners for such a wonderful home .
