CCVS - Villa Daydream – a modern dream Villa in Cape Coral

INFO: Hurricane Ian destroyed the cage surrounding the pool and terrace area. The renovation has been ordered and efforts are being made to have it rebuilt as soon as possible

The Villa Daydream was set up in 2016 new and modern. A beautiful villa in a great location on a canal estate in south east exposure. In this villa with living room, kitchen with open dining area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a pool bath you can only feel good.
Even a small bar for mixing cocktails is available

From the pool terrace you have a wonderful view to the quiet canel. There is also a boat dock with Tiki hat, suitable for separate renting a motor boat or even for sunbathing.

Bicycles and kayaks are also available in the villa.

Area Information

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.
