The Villa Daydream was set up in 2016 new and modern. A beautiful villa in a great location on a canal estate in south east exposure. In this villa with living room, kitchen with open dining area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a pool bath you can only feel good.
Even a small bar for mixing cocktails is available
From the pool terrace you have a wonderful view to the quiet canel. There is also a boat dock with Tiki hat, suitable for separate renting a motor boat or even for sunbathing.
Bicycles and kayaks are also available in the villa.

Area Information
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.

House cleaning: 250.00 EUR incl. 11.5 % Tax (incl. grill cleaning)
Minimum rent is 7 nights, at Christmas/New Year and Eastern season 14 nights.

House damage deposit: 800.00 EUR
Security Deposit increases by 150.00 EUR per additional week at rentals over 21 nights.

Tony L.Beautiful home, very nice neighborhood
We enjoyed our vacation very much. The home is beautiful and the owners go out of their way to show their appreciation for renting the home. A bottle of champagne as a thank you is a very nice touch. While only my wife and I took the trip, the property has enough room for at least four more people. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to get away.
