1100 sq. ft. The exterior of the condo complex has recently been painted and looks awesome! The interior has been tastefully refurbished. This condo has sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room is a great gathering place which includes 2 sofas (1 is a new pullout sleeper) and a large wall mounted 55" flat screen TV. The condo is located on the 3rd floor, center of the complex, overlooking the large pool, directly BEACHFRONT.
The condo is well maintained and decorated in a beachy theme (colors/ furniture/décor). We own the condo with another family, and make sure it is always in immaculate condition and have all the linens, utensils and accessories necessary. The condo is located on Okaloosa Island/Ft.
Walton Beach, a community that has beautiful white sandy beaches and is far less crowded than Destin, yet just a short ride to all the restaurants, family activities and night life.
The condo has 2 large windows and a sliding glass door on the beach side giving a spectacular oceanfront view from the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The condo has a large balcony to observe the pool activities and watch the waves of the Gulf.
We rent through a management company. After we have agreed on date and price, you will be forwarded to the management company for payment. If during your stay there are any problems or concerns with the condo, the management company can address those concerns in a expedient manner.

My daughters and friend went on this special trip for my birthday . It was a beautiful condo and the location was quite and safe. I sat on the balcony and drank my coffee and listened to the water. Can't wait to go back. Owner was very helpful and the rental company was so helpful because my daughter left her jewelry case and they mailed it to her.

Loved this place. Loved the beach decor. right on the ocean balcony with view of pool and ocean. Unit was right off elevator and the pool was so close and the beach just a few steps away. Great for families as i took my daughter and grand baby. Beach was beautiful and staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely tell my friends and family about this place.

Love it! Everyone was very nice, friendly staff, great view of ocean and saw dolphins from our balcony. We will definitely rent this condo again. Short walk to beautiful white sand to beach chairs and umbrella. Love that it was off the main area of congestion of traffic.

This is a great place to stay. The roof top pool was a big hit to our grandchildren. The condo was close to restaurants, grocery stores, boardwalk. Brookes & Shorey office staff was amazing, willing to help, would respond promptly. I Believe most of all was the room, and having a huge living room. We will be back again.

My family stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. The condo was beautiful and the view was awesome. The drawbacks were the maid service. We were only given 2 garbage bags and when I requested additional bags, I was told that they didn’t have any on their carts. I requested a blanket and didn’t get it until I asked for it again the following day. On the day of check out, the maid rudely told my 13 year old son to “get out” when she saw him standing outside the condo with our stuff. She then lied to the property manager like we told her we were staying an additional day when she never spoke to us and I NEVER even saw this lady. This prompted emails and phone calls to assure that we checked out. Other than this issue, everything was great and we will surely visit again.

We loved the condo. Had a wonderful time and the place was everything we expected it to be and more. We did not have the card necessary to rent the movies so I was forced to watch bikinis and beautiful sand, dolphins and water. I am cool with that especially the bikini part. But now that 70 year old couple in thongs is not for me. Very clean.
