This home is well equipped and well furnished boasting all new linens and bedding in 2022. One of only eleven homes that actually sit right on the lagoon pool deck with your own gate. Imagine opening your french doors and letting the kids go run out and swim. Come in for lunch or make a drink , you dont have to walk far because your on the pool deck.
This home comes with 4 bikes too for taking a nice ride into Seaside or just along 30A and seeing all the unique beach architecture in the various surrounding communities.
Seacrest Town Square, just a few steps away is several fun, casual restaurants, along with a open green belt where there is live entertainment on the weekend evenings, surrounding a large fire pit. Grab a cocktail or craft beer at one of the kiosk huts around the greenbelt. Just a block east is the Rosemary Town square where you will find Paradis, fine dining, Edwards ( one of our favorite seafood restaurants) The summer kitchen, the Pearl Hotel ( great outdoor bar overlooking the water) and the new Pescado rooftop bar is a breathtaking view overlooking the emerald blue waters featuring the best martinis youve ever had !!

Take a bike ride into the town of Seaside, just 4 miles west of our community. Take a walk into Alys Beach and grab a coffee at the fonville press coffee shop or a cocktail at Neat bottle shop ! Unique architecture surrounds you in all these different coastal dune and beach communities. Everything you would want in a family vacation is right here !!
Seacrest Lagoon pool was featured in Coastal living magazine, touting the pool as one of the nicest resort pools in Florida. Our home sits right on this lagoon pool deck.
Walk to the beach, just 100 yards from the house or jump on the free beach tram, perfect for smaller kids or elders, who do not want to do the walk.

About the owner: The Burke family is delighted that you are considering renting our Seacrest Beach Home, on the pool deck.Our family just completed a major renovation on this house in Jan 2020. If youve been to this area, or on 30A, you know how magical this part of Florida really is. We have traveled all over the world, and seen many many beaches and beach communities and we have found this to not only be the prettiest beaches in the world, but the funnest and friendliest area we have ever visited. This led us to buying our first home in this area. We know own 2 homes and manage several others in the area for friends of ours who also decided, this is where they want there second home to be. Our family and furry family love coming to Seacrest as there is something for all of us. Our Dogs Bently and GG love the walking and biking paths and love walking to Fonville Press every morning for a dog biscuit and a hot coffee for there parents.
Our kids love the lagoon pool, playing on the beach, renting pontoon boats and going to see the dolphin at the jettys, and then fighting over who gets to pick where we go to Dinner that evening, which is always a hard call as there are so many great spots within walking distance of our home. One of our favorite thisngs to do as a family is bike to Seaside for lunch at Pickles ( great burgers in Seaside) ! On the way to Seaside on this 5 mile journey, you will go through some breathtaking communities that are called coastal dune communities as they all sit along the emerald coast waters and you will cross over bridges where you will want to stop and take photos of the magnificent views along the intercoastal water way and the beautiful gulf of Mexico in the back drop. Why this property? There are lots of choices along 30a to stay. This house is very close to the beach ( 100 yards) and best of all, it sits on the big lagoon pool deck with your own private gate. You can also walk from the house pretty much everywhere. You dont have to drive if you dont want to. We think this is the perfect spot for your next vacation and we think you will agree.

This town and house is beautiful, we had so much fun the July 4th weekend. Opening the back gate and enjoying a 12,000 ft pool, able to access our drinks and lunch was priceless. The bedrooms were spacious, the house was nicely decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only complaint was the week went way too fast, we had perfect weather the whole time. As we were concerned about Covid 19, this was a safe vacation and we loved the accommodations.

The C.Perfect Loca !!!
WOW, great house , very clean ! We've rented in Seacrest Rosemary many times and this house was the cleanest and well kept that we have seen! Kids loved being right on the pool ! So convenient ! Adults loved walking in to use the restroom or make a beverage! We walked into Rosemary every night for dinner! Kids took bikes to Seaside one day for lunch, and had a blast! Easy walk to beach too! Owners were great to deal with we will definitely be back !

We have stayed at this home 3 times over the past few years. It has always been a great time. The home was clean, and had everything we needed. The best thing about this place is the location to not only the pool and ocean, but within walking distance to food, shopping, and entertainment. We love the Farmer's Market in Rosemary on Sunday mornings and the breakfast truck in Alys Beach!! Also a great area for a bike ride and walking the dog. We will be back!!
