My family stayed at a very lovely home on Sandbagger Drive in Champions Gate. There were a few minor cosmetic issues with the home but nothing that we couldn’t live with. We are already planning our next vacation in December of this year. We plan on staying at the same resort. Everyone that we came into contact with was so kind and extremely helpful. We have found our second home away from home. Thank you for everything!

This review is for the ease of communicating our reservation to the cancellation due to the recent pandemic. I had to write this because it was a heavy enough burden we could not get our flight after several attempts the owners were understanding of the unfortunate situation we WILL be contacting them for our make up trip. Meanwhile missing paradise.

Accommodations were great! The home and resort offered and delivered on all amenities advertised. We had the opportunity to enjoy the comforts of home and the local attractions with a short drive. We had a small issue and there was a punctual, courteous and sincere maintenance individual there within minutes to rectify the situation. Our future plans will include another stay with Solterra, we found it to be well worth the money.
