Beginning September 1, 2023, an access fee will be required to utilize the clubhouse and pool area at Solterra Resort. This payment can only be made in person at the clubhouse, and payments must be made by using a credit card or debit card. Please note that cash payments will not be accepted. The fees are as follows: $35 for up to 12 guests and $45 for 13 or more guests. This fee is a one-time fee that allows access to these facilities for the entire length of your stay.

Lacy B.Family's first Florida vacation
The location was very convenient to Disney and Gatorland. The main exit for the highway is ALWAYS backed up. That exit only, so plan for 20-40 minutes extra drive time everytime. We stayed here for 6 days. 2 adults and 3 kids. The amenities at the club house were AMAZING! The only downfalls were the pool was cold the first 2 days even though we paid for heat, so my kids were really bummed they couldn't swim. I understood it was a little chilly there the day we got in but I was told they didn't turn on the pools heat until the morning of our arrival. We were exhausted the first day due to traveling and wanted to lounge around and swim at the house. The TV remote was missing a battery and there were no extra anywhere in the house. So we had to go buy some and pay out of pocket. I didnt realise there were absolutely no cleaning supplies at all. The house is bare bare bones. So plan for extra money and to waste it especially if your flying you can't take back all the stuff you had to buy for the house. You need a dish rag or sponge, and dishwasher packets, dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper and cleaning supplies and your essentials of course. We were given 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. When they advertise the house can sleep 8 only having 3 rolls of toilet paper for however many days your staying isn't a lot. You have to clean the house before check out or your changed an excess cleaning fee. Not even being provided a few basic cleaning products was pretty frustrating.
