Great location with a short drive to Old Naples and Beach Area. Lanai is the whole width of our condo. Tennis Court. Recreation Center across from our complex. Close to Golf. Safe Complex to walk mornings and night. NO PETS or Smoking in unit. Very comfortable and large unit. Please call or email me. NO SUBLETTING. This rental property was absolutely gorgeous. Very well maintained, spacious, clean, and luxurious! My family and I were looking for a rental condo that was comfortable, clean, and welcoming; this home over delivered! We felt as if we were in a home away from our own home, a feeling that is very rare nowadays given other rental properties on the market! This condo had access to a private pool as well as other entertainment amenities; my family loved the tennis court and heated pool! The complex was clean, quiet, and full of friendly neighbors; we even made friends with the lovely folks at the pool! On top of all of this, the hosts were absolutely wonderful. Very accommodating and communicative which helped to make our stay worry-free; who likes to worry about anything while on vacation?! Huge plus: this condo is about a 10 minute drive from delicious restaurants, beautiful antique shopping stores, and other entertainment! The beautiful beach is close by too! My family and I will definitely be back as my family continues to reminisce and rave about the amazing memories we made here in Naples Florida! Given all the rental properties out there, I was initially conflicted as to which one to stay at, but boy did I make the right choice! All amenities within the condo were new and clean; just the way I like it! A huge thank you to the hosts for welcoming me into your beautiful home, I look forward to coming back in the future! Highly recommend 100/10!!!

This condo is in the perfect location- within driving distance to the beach, nightlife/restaurants, and downtown shopping center! We loved how quiet the neighborhood is and that the complex offers 2 pools to enjoy. The condo is a spacious, bright end unit featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a parking spot right in front, and easy access with no stairs to climb. I would highly recommend staying here! We really enjoyed our time in the beautiful Naples, FL.
