Parking directly in front of unit along with mailboxes. 1 Q bedroom with cable, 1 Q bedroom with TV for streaming and sofa bed opens to full in LR. Great location with a short drive to Old Naples and Beach Area. Lanai is the whole width of our condo. Tennis Court. Recreation Center across from our complex. Close to Golf. Safe Complex to walk mornings and night. NO PETS or Smoking in unit. Very comfortable and large unit. Please call or email me. NO SUBLETTING. An application must be filled out at least 45 days before arrival date for management online. In-season we have a 3 month minimum rental.
Great location with Publix, restaurants, ice cream parlor, walgreens on our corner. Short ride to Old Naples and beach. Golf near by.

This condo is in the perfect location- within driving distance to the beach, nightlife/restaurants, and downtown shopping center! We loved how quiet the neighborhood is and that the complex offers 2 pools to enjoy. The condo is a spacious, bright end unit featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a parking spot right in front, and easy access with no stairs to climb. I would highly recommend staying here! We really enjoyed our time in the beautiful Naples, FL.
