Its close proximity to beautiful beaches, Old Naples, shopping and excellent dining will make your stay unforgettable!
The unit has the following:
*Living Room – tastefully decorated including a new tile floor, new flat screen TV and DVD player. Living Room opens to a large screened lanai with great views of the preserve and lake with table and chairs for dining.
*Dining area seats six plus breakfast bar with chairs.
*Kitchen – fully equipped with electric stove, new tile floor, new dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Kitchen also has a beautiful view of the lake and preserve.
*Master Bedroom – New pillow-top king bed, new tile floor, new flat screen TV, private spacious bath with double sink, walk in closet and private access to the screened lanai.
*Guest Bedroom – New pillow-top queen bed, new flat screen TV and walk-in closet.
*Guest Bedroom – Two new plush twin beds, TV and large closet.
*Second Bathroom – full bath with tub.
As a renter of this unit, you will have the option to purchase membership access to all of the privileges of the TARPON COVE YACHT & RACQUET CLUB. It boasts:

My wife and I have been vacationing in Naples for the past 5 years, and this was by far our most enjoyable stay. The unit was SO perfect. It was very spacious, bright, and extremely well stocked. The views from the lanai were very relaxing as described. In addition, the pools and hot tub were a major plus. The location couldn't have been any better. A 6 minute drive to the beach, and similarly to grocery stores, and restaurants. Looking forward to returning again.
