Our condo is up and running, one of the few condos on the beach that is open and running.
Beautiful updated beachfront condo at Estero Island Beach Villas. Hear the waves from the Master bedroom that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with quartz countertops and lanai entrance. The Guest bedroom has two full sized beds and its own bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and an updated kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans and almost anything you need to make your trip perfect. We are located next door to the Pink Shell Resort, so there are restaurants and water sport rentals right next door.
Why Kids Love It
The beaches here are second to none! Sugar white sand with beautiful shells for collecting. The water is warm, shallow and calm! Having your own kitchen means that your kids will be happy with meals. Grilled cheese, frozen pizzas, or anything else they want is easy to do in the kitchen and will save you money. Speaking of food, there is a fun restaurant next door, Bongos, with a kids menu.
This unit is located on the North Side of Fort Myers Beach. There is less traffic and has its own exit off the island to avoid the traffic lines to the bridge. There is a trolley that runs up and down the island and the stop is right next door. It is about a 12 minute walk to Times Square and the main shopping and restaurant center!
The Pink Shell's restaurants are right next door. They have wonderful food and the location is fabulous. You can call Bongos (one of the Pink Shell restaurants) and order a hamburger to go, pick it up and have it in your condo in minutes. On the first day we get to the condo, we always go next door and have the drink of the day! You can order them without alcohol, too. They are usually $5 and are sweet and a fun way to start to the vacation. Nervous Nellies, The Fish House, Pierside Grill, Zushi Sushi, Smoking Oyster Brewery, Doc Fords, Dixie Fish Company and Bayfront Bistro are among our favorites. We never miss a visit to Heavenly Biscuits for breakfast when we are in town.
The trolley runs the length of the Island and goes to Lovers Key where there is a state park. They have some interesting classes there that are worth going to if you are lucky enough to be there during one. The library has a wonderful used book collection for sale and a little cafe on the 3rd floor. They also have computers and printers if you need to print out something while visiting. If you are into shell collecting, the library also has an amazing shell collection with names so you can figure out what you have found. On cold days, Manatee Park is worth the drive to see the Manatees staying warm by the power plant.

First time back to Fort Myers Beach since Ian. While the island is still very much a work in process, it has certainly come a long way. Our condo rental on the north end was amazing! A perfect location, with phenomenal sunset views! Quiet, but also walking distance to Times Square, restaurants, bars and shopping! The unit itself was spotless and modern. The kitchen was fully equipped, and beds were exceptionally comfortable. Both owner and rental company were great to deal with. We highly recommend. Thank you, Amy!

We stayed at Estero Island Beach villas in room 204. The condo was clean and had a very calming neutral color theme. The new floor that was put in throughout the condo was beautiful. Both bedrooms were a good size with tvs in each. Everything was in working order. Excellent water pressure in both bathrooms. The view onto the beach was breathtaking especially with your very own palm tree. It was like out of a post card. The building has 2 elevators and they were pretty fast. We've stayed at other places on the island and these are by far the best. Definitely plan to stay here again.

We had the best time at this condo! The location on the north end of the island is perfect! Quiet but easy access to stores, bars, restaurants. The island trolley is a definite plus. We spent the most time at the beach just steps away and when not there we were in the lanai with it's beautiful view. The condo is clean with plenty of room and good set up in the kitchen. I would have liked a broom to keep up with the sand tracked in but we just tried to be careful. Since we have family in Cape Coral, when we come down to visit this condo will be my first choice to stay at!!

We stayed at the Beach Villas on Estero Blvd and absolutely LOVED it! Just steps from the ocean and an immediate greet by the ocean air from our balcony. The location is quite, but close enough to Times Square for great food and drinks! Oh, and of course the ice-cream shops. Pool was perfect for a break off the beach. The condo was nice. A few updates were done but a few more are needed. However, the owner had just purchased it and we were the first renters. The paperwork and last minute details were a bit challenging. I had to follow up to get things done. They finally called me to get my payment. My payment was made then I heard nothing until I called. There were contract problems because it was new. Overall, it was a good experience.

We stayed here for 5 nights , May 2018 and had a wonderful time . Everything was as described , modern , clean and in good working order . Location at the North End of Fort Myers is a dream , so quiet and peaceful and a few strides onto the beach . Whilst there was only two of us there is plenty of room for an additional couple or additional family members . Speedy information back from owner . No problems what so ever , a fantastic place to stay !!!!!
