Wonderful location. Move in condition. Anything you need readily available. Cleanliness a 10. Pool and golf were on site and excellent. Owner was responsive to any needs. Went out of his way to make sure items were included - beach towels, tennis, golf clubs, pool noodles. Washer/dryer was a big plus! Great place to stay for snowbirds. We were extremely happy with our stay here and can't wait to go back!

Great Location and Beautiful Codo

The Condo is exactly as pictured. Chris is excellent in keeping in touch with all information and services needed. We were here December 2021. Location is excellent for visiting areas up to Ft. Myers and down to Everglades. Complex is also very clean and the pools / hot tubs were wonderful. It is a big plus to have an elevator to the 3rd floor condo with the perfect views of the lake and golf course. There is a Super Target / CVS at first main road from Condo which was perfect for any items you may need quickly. I am sure this condo would meet everyone's needs.

3 month stay

We originally rented the condo for a period of 6 weeks while we looked for a home. The condo was perfect for our needs. It’s extremely well appointed and nicely decorated. We felt very much at home and Chris was excellent to work with. There’s a small lanai with a ceiling fan to make sitting outside with the summer heat manageable. The complex is beautiful and there are so many stores nearby. We wound up extending our stay for 12 weeks. I highly recommend renting this condo. You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful condo!

Attention to every detail in this absolutely gorgeous condo! Owner and property manager were fabulous to work with. Beautiful, comfortable furnishings, great view with sunset on the lanai, perfect location in this classy country club/golf community, and easy access to 75 and surrounding areas. Kitchen appliances are great and kitchen has everything you need. Highly recommended!! We have already rebooked to return! Great, great place to stay in Naples area!

Comfortable condo close to beaches and golf

Steve and Chris were attentive to our needs and provided bicycles for enjoying the area. The apartment is comfortable and bright with rapid WiFi and TVs in bedrooms and living room. Washer and dryer in apartment and modern kitchen appliances. Terrace/ balcony with view of golf course. Very quiet guard gated community with pools, tennis, golf and bocce ball. Elevator available to 3rd floor apartment. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending their apartment which isn’t very far from the stores and restaurants on Tamiami trail and about 10 minute easy drive to Bonita Springs beaches.

Sunny Days

Beautiful condo with a lanai overlooking the 17th fairway, to relax and enjoy. Located minutes from Cypress Woods Golf Club which is Beautifully maintained and landscaped. We didn’t golf but spent many days at the golf club swimming in their pools, playing tennis. dinning and relaxing at the large bar area or outside. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The condo was very spacious and provided above and beyond our expectations. clean and comfortable. The kitchen has every item you could ever need while on vacation. The closets was well stocked with towels and extra bedding supplies. The laundry area was located in the condo which was very appreciated. The condo is situated in a quite lushes floral area which can be accessed either by walking or driving. Quiet complex, with well maintained grounds. The Condo’s swimming pools access was great. Conveniently located to an abundance of grocery stores, Walmart, restaurants and many other popular stores and beaches. Christopher, the owner was extremely helpful and followed through immediately on our emails and calls. We had a fantastic stay and experience and are looking forward to returning.

Excellent seasonal rental

Location in North Naples was convenient for access to local beaches, downtown Naples, many restaurants and shopping. Condo is on third floor overlooking a golf course framed with palm trees; great evening sunsets! Kitchen was well equipped. Furnishings are great, we could entertain with plenty of seating. Chris, our landlord, was very responsive to correcting issues we encountered through a local support arrangement. We were able to obtain a transfer membership at reasonable cost to be able to play golf at Cyprus Woods. These situations are difficult to find in Naples where golf access is limited and expensive. We loved access to several nearby pool and hot tubs in the complex. Air conditioning and appliances worked fine. Only concern was some traffic noise from the nearby highway.

Awesome Place

My wife and i had a very pleasant stay at this beautiful condominium . Very clean , with everything we needed for our stay. The view of the 17th. hole of the golf course was amazing. The property is centrally located for the beach, shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family.
