1495 sq. ft.No building damage from hurricanes Ian. Santa Maria was very lucky and sustained no damage to the building. Elevators and pool have been open 30 days after the hurricane. Landscaping has been replaced. Decking is the only damage. This is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse with a view of the pool and partial view of the ocean.. The master suite is on the second floor with a full bathroom and plenty of privacy. The junior suite is located on the main floor with a full bathroom and access to a lanai. Washer and dryer in the unit. Both bathrooms have been updated. Enjoy morning coffee watching the manatees and occasional dolphin. Sip cocktails watching the sunset from the lanai. Fully furnished kitchen for where you can enjoy cooking. There are many restaurants within 1-2 blocks walking distance. Additionally, there is a full service marina, CVS within 2 block walking distance. Enjoy the largest heated pool on Fort Myers Beach at Santa Maria with a hot tub. A short walk 1-2 blocks to a private beach access or public beach. A Trolley ride will take you to Publix Grocery Store or all the way to Times Square. Times Square is where there are many eateries, souvenir shops. A short drive to Lover's Key State Park will give you additional out door options.

I only have good things to say about this condo. Everything went along smoothly, and the swimming pool that's heated to 88° was divine. I was in it 25 times! The only problem I had was the TV went out one night, and I had to wait the next day until 3:30 for the repairman to come. This was not my landlady's fault. She worked really hard to get the appointment for the next day so I would not be without a TV for a week. She was accessible and friendly. I highly recommend this as a vacation condo. Good location!

This was the absolute best place ever. We travel every year for our anniversary and this was our first experience with an AirBNB. Colleen was available at all times (especially when my husband couldn't get the tv to work) The space with our son was just enough and having breakfast on the porch was fabulous. We will continue to us this as our first and only choice!!!
