Not far away is the Cape Habour Marina with small boutiques and cozy restaurants, which invite you to stroll and linger. The famous beaches of Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach on the Gulf of Mexico can also be reached by car within 30 minutes. About 10 minutes by car is the small beach of Cape Coral at the Cape Coral Yacht Club.
The vacation villa has been lovingly furnished. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a bright living and dining area. Outside there is a nice terrace with seating and an electrically heated pool with comfortable lounging areas all around, as well as a barbecue grill.
From here you have a beautiful view into the green garden, which is well grown all around and hardly visible from the neighboring properties.
