Located in a quiet residential neighborhood directly on a saltwater canal, this vacation home is a welcoming retreat for families and friends. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodate up to six guests.

The southwest-facing outdoor area is sure to become a favorite spot during your stay. Swim in the electrically heated pool or unwind on one of the three sun loungers. For even more relaxation, enjoy the heated hot tub with massage jets and seating for four.

A screen enclosure surrounds the pool and patio area. An outdoor shower and a bathroom accessible directly from the pool area add extra convenience.

Enjoy breakfast at the outdoor dining table or prepare dinner on the gas grill. Additional seating invites you to linger and spend time together. An outdoor Smart TV makes the patio a comfortable setting for a relaxed evening. A pool ball and pool noodles are also available.

Three bedrooms for restful nights

Master bedroom: Your personal retreat features a king-size bed and a dedicated Smart TV, along with a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and direct access to the pool area.

Guest bedroom 1: This bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a dedicated Smart TV with Roku.

Guest bedroom 2: This bedroom also features a queen-size bed and a dedicated Smart TV with Roku, plus direct access to the pool area.

The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and is also accessible from the pool area.

A sofa bed is available in the family room. The maximum occupancy of the home is six guests.

Cook, relax, and spend time together

The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy meals on your own schedule. It includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer, water dispenser, and ice dispenser. A blender, toaster, and air fryer provide additional options.

Coffee lovers can choose between Nespresso, Keurig, and a traditional drip coffee maker. Cookware, a knife block, spices, and grilling utensils are also provided. In addition to the indoor dining area, the kitchen counter offers extra seating.

For a relaxed movie night, the living area features a 60-inch Smart TV with Roku and a Bose sound system. Board games and table tennis offer entertainment away from the screen.

Explore the waterways from your doorstep

With a private dock and a boat lift available for use, the villa is a great base for enjoying life on the water. The Caloosahatchee River is approximately 15 minutes away by boat. Explore the canals from a different perspective with the two kayaks, or try your luck fishing with one of the three fishing rods.

Three adult bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding neighborhood. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided for a day by the sea. Downtown Cape Coral, with its restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, is just a short drive away.

Comfort throughout your stay

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels are provided. A washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board, make longer stays convenient.

Dogs and cats are welcome by prior arrangement.

The daily electricity fee covers all electricity consumption, including pool heating. There are no additional usage-based electricity charges.
