We spent Christmas week 2025 at this waterfront condo and couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. From the moment we walked in, the view of the canal stole the show. Watching the boats go by with coffee in the morning and seeing the sunset over the water each evening became our favorite routine.The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked great, and the Wi-Fi was fast.The pool was a huge highlight. Swimming in December while our friends up north were shoveling snow felt amazing, and the pool area was clean, quiet, and never overcrowded. We also loved the location. Downtown Cape Coral has great restaurants, shops, and the Yacht Club area just minutes away, so we could walk or take a short drive to everything.Our host was friendly and responsive, with clear check-in instructions and helpful recommendations for local spots. Check-in and checkout were both seamless.Trading a cold Christmas for sunshine, palm trees, and water views was the best decision we made all year. Highly recommend to families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing escape!

We really enjoyed our time at sandpiper. The location is ideal for us, walking distance to multiple restaurants and bars. The condo is very well Equipped and the furniture is very comfortable.

Yes the pool is electric heated and kept at 85 degrees or warmer and no cost to guest!
Yes, you may have guests stay with you and no extra fees! He provide extra linens, pillows, and beach towels etc. for up to 6 guests!
Yes there is one pet allowed per unit up to 25 lbs. Please make sure your doggie is always on a leash outside and please pick up after you pet. There is park to walk your dog next door too, but Sandpiper grounds are pet friendly.
